Wir wurden sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich empfangen.Das Hotel hat einen sehr gemütlichen, englischen Charme, ordentlich in die Jahre gekommen. Als Messebesucher konnten wir es nicht besser antreffen. Jederzeit gerne wieder

Sehr schönes Hotel, günstig gelegen, am Park und an der Messe

Værelser er gamle men i ok stand. Sengen havde dog set bedre tider ligesom dyne og puder trænger til en udskiftning. Lugten af kloak fra badeværelset som spreder sig ind i værelset er ikke behagelig. Restauranten er et kapitel for sig selv, hvor overtjeneren nok burde komme på et kursus i god kundeservice. Maden fejler derimod intet.

Lovely hotel in a lovely area, would definitely recommend

Excellent little boutique hotel highly recommend.

It's a quaint hotel with individually designed rooms in a cute neighborhood only steps from the Rhein. I was past of a large group of friends that booked the majority of rooms for one night. While my room was nice, clean and perfectly comfortable, one friend had a room in the annex building and it had not been cleaned thoroughly at all - layer of dust in various places, fingerprints on water glass and faucet. Also, the cleaning crew knocked on her door at 7:30 AM on a Sunday. Not acceptable, in our book. Also, while I understand the challenges of hosting a larger group of friends that may have had some additional demands, the staff was visibly annoyed by it and extremely unfriendly. Considering the business we brought to them in one swoop, I would have expected a more service-oriented attitude from the hotel staff.

Ruhiges Hotel in einer Wohngegend. Gutes Preis-/Leistung Verhältnis.

Struttura veramente carina in una zona tranquillissima a pochi chilometri da centro città. Il ristorante adiacente è ottimo. A+++

Ein wunderschönes Hotel in sehr ruhiger Umgebung. Der Aufenthalt dort war sehr , sehr angenehm. Die Räumlichkeiten alle sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Essen und der damit verbundene Service ausgezeichnet.

I'm not going to be prickly about this and give the hotel "0", but when you've been travelling all day and turn up to a hotel at 19.45 (so not too late), get greeted by a guy in his socks who hands you a key to your room, which then turns out not to have been cleaned, you aren't in the best of moods. Due to the faff of having to do this, I forgot to ask for the wifi code for the hotel. I went back to the reception 3 times over the next 2 hours, I rang then bell, I even emailed the hotel - nothing. So the emails I had to urgently download pre my meeting the next day, I simply couldn't. Having taken a breath, the hotel was clean, the shower was good, the restaurant looked nice, although I didn't eat at it, because it was closed the evening I arrived. It is in a pleasant area to the north of the city a short walk to the U-bahn into the city centre. I have therefore tried to be balanced. Many will have a wonderful stay at this hotel, but I won't be returning.

Excellent location if you are attending a conference. The hotel itself was wonderful contrast to chain hotels and the staff was really pleasant. Good work!

Das Hotel hat Charme ist aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Sauberkeit lässt auch etwas zu wünschen übrig.
