WiFi slow. Hard bed. Had to search for help, understaffed on holiday. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Problem with reservation with Hotels.com. Slow wifi. Bed real hard. Good staff when you can find them. Had to hunt down someone to check in and other times. Good location. Play music too loud at pool.

In the centre of the city. Easy walk to shops and restaurants.

Hotel bien situado cerca del centro y de la catedral. Servicios y desayuno correctos. Personal amable. Piscina. Ya va necesitando alguna renovación. Cierran la puerta de la calle a las 21.30, aunque hay vigilante.

We stayed in this hotel for one night on our way to the Amazone. On the site it looks very good but it is really shabby. There was a luxurous shower with several possibilities but nothing functioned. You even had to keep the shower in your hand. Everything was broken. We had only one towel and had to ask for a second one. The bus to Cuyabeno/amazone leaves at 7.30 in the morning so we asked if we could have our breakfast or only coffee 15 minuten earlier. Not possible! So we paid for a breakfast we could not have. Bad service for a hotel that is not really cheap! Far from the busstation.

If you don't speak Spanish the check in process can be a little difficult. Requesting extra towels or other items like toilet paper is difficult when you don't speak Spanish. The free breakfast is American continental. It was very good. The young man greeting and waiting tables in the restaurant is exceptional. He speaks some English. I would recommend eating in the restaurant as the food is pretty good.

We stopped here before a 4 days excursion in the amazona, room was clean, friendly staff, they also gave us the permission at no additioonal cost to leave our car in their private parking . Back in town we booked for an additional night.they slso have a nice pool but we did not used it I recommend this hotel with no hesitation.

La atención del personal fue muy atento y las habitaciones estuvieron muy cómodas, así como la piscina era grande para nadar entre más de 10 personas. El restaurante aceptable y la cobertura del wifi en todo lugar. La seguridad dentro y fuera del hotel nos mantuvo tranquilos. Los inconvenientes que tuvimos fue al inicio porque no estaban al tanto de los precios ofertados en hoteles.com y parecía que iban a cobrarnos un valor mayor pero no lo hicieron. Otro inconveniente fue que algunas habitaciones tenían dañada la puerta de la ducha y el aire acondicionado pero nos cambiaron inmediatamente de habitación.

Mala experiensia. Contrate oor un precio. Y estando alla me querian cobrar casi el doble y de hecho que dos noches pague el doble. Y me mude a otro. La mitad mas barato y nuevo.. La excusa fue que los precio de internet no rstan actualizados. No es recimendable y no vuevo nunca mas
