Ett SPA-hotell utan SPA! Vid ankomst blir jag informerad om att SPA-avdelningen är stängd. Jag informerar om att det mycket tydligt anges "SPA ACCESS" vid bokningen på hotels.com och det är de medvetna om (!) men det är för krångligt att ändra så de fortsätter att ge felaktig information om att SPA är inkluderat.

Could be better but rooms were quite comfortable

We were very pleased with our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Lovely hotel, clean, heated floors in the bathroom

Asiat sujuivat, paitsi ajoneuvon lataus hotellin asiakkaiden käytössä olevasta latauslaitteesta ei toiminut. Porsche laturit kannattaisi vaihtaa latureihin jotka toimivat kaikille automerkeille. Lisaksi niitä saisi olla useampi esim. 4 kpl. On aivan turhaa säätöä sekä epämielyttävä yllätys, jos joutuu lähtemään lataamaan sähköautoaan kaupungille. Sukopistokkeesta lataaminen on liian hidasta.

Amazing hotel and staff and breakfast and dinner and drinks. Location was also great. Spa is small, but still ok and fun enough to relax. Will stay here again and def can recommend to anyone.

Beautiful hotel ; excellent restaurant Raimond - truly a Michelin star level- nice spa - easy access to the beach and town center. Only one negative point, not relevant to the hotel though : teenagers playing/wasting time noisily with their motorcycles next to the hotel parking.

The hotel could really stand out if the staff showed more motivation and a genuine desire to provide good service. It feels like the guest experience just isn’t a priority.

Lovely location right on the beach. Excellent customer service from everyone we talked with. Room was spacious and felt airy.

Overall, my stay was pleasant and the hotel met most of my expectations. The room was comfortable, the staff at reception were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were generally well maintained. However, I did experience a minor issue in the hotel restaurant. The food delivery was delayed significantly, and when it finally arrived, one of the dishes was only partially warm. It felt like it had been sitting out for a while before being served. While the staff did apologize, the delay and temperature of the food affected the overall dining experience. That said, I appreciate the hospitality and hope this was a one-off incident. I would consider staying again, but I hope the restaurant service is more consistent next time.

Ännu en gång att info inte stämmer ang att det finns aircondition. Nu måste Hotels.com skärpa sig med sin info och få en mycket bättre och uppdaterad info om hotellen de representerar.
