Decent location. Room not as nice as photos, thick black mold all over ceiling if bathroom.

L’endroit est très agréable, malheureusement les chambres ne sont pas chauffées, et même si les couvertures sont fournies, il fait très froid dans les chambres… sinon le personnel a été servi, tout était parfait, mais malheureusement nous n’étions pas préparé à dormir dans des chambres non chauffées

It has a very nice, welcoming and relaxing. The place is ver quiet, they have tour and laundry services. I liked the location by the plaza, lots of lively activity.

Le personnel était très serviable et poli. Bon buffet pour déjeuner. La chambre que l'on m'a attribuée était vieillote, manque d'éclairage, la cuvette de la toilette ne semblait pas avoir été nettoyée.

Chambres sans volets, ce qui est dommage quand le soleil se lève tôt ! Bon accueil et bon buffet du petit déjeuner.

Horrible hotel. The windows are sealed, there is no fresh air in the room. No air conditioning as well. I cannot even imagine how people survive during hot months. The carpet is old, dirty and smelly. Absolutely horrible internet service. You can only get connection in the lobby. No TV working in the room ( it’s depending on internet service). Only one lady from front desk is English speaking . Misunderstanding with the rest of staff. Breakfast is good, special thank to night shift front desk gentleman who was polite, friendly and very helpful. He also provided me some snacks for my early excursion. The location of the hotel is good.

Hotel is in the city center. Restaurants and stores are in walking distance. The service and the hotel itself was great and the breakfast wonderful.

Necesitan mejorar la calidad en el servicio, nos cobraron un 5% más y tuvimos que pedir calefacción. El trato de recepción no muy agradable. Por lo demás bien.

The in room safe didn’t work and the lock for the door was very rudimentary.

Chambre immense et lit très confortable! Au chaud, ce qui était très apprécié! Eau chaude dans la douche! Salle de bain moderne. Bons conseils des personnes à la réception! Buffet déjeuner bien garni, mais une seule personne pour faire le service.

Bien situé sur une rue piétonne, près de la place centrale de Puno, personnel très gentil et efficace, déjeuner style buffet varié avec œufs brouillés et sur le plat disponibles.

Ótima localização, atendimento excelente, bom conforto, com elevador (o que não é comum em outros pequenos hoteis), e excelente custo beneficio. Recomendamos com emprenho.
