A minha experiência foi horrível .porque ao chegar ao hotel a noite,só tem uma pessoa na recepção para atender e ajudar o que faz demorar na fila de espera .o quarto tinha os lençóis sujos com manchas e cabelos na almofadas , o que mostra que não foram trocados ..o ar condicionado do quarto não funciona (em pleno verão )Wi-Fi franco ,estás constantemente a ir a baixo ..e o pior foi que no segundo dia não limparam o nosso quarto (mesmo com a placa na porta para limpar)entraram e só deixaram toalhas novas em cima da mesa para arrumarmos nós,nem Mesmo a nossa cama foi feita ,tão pouco o lixo que deixamos no quarto continuou no mesmo sítio 😡

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after this experience I feel I have to warn others. From the moment I arrived, everything went wrong. Instead of helping me check in, the reception staff simply directed me to a self-service machine. Unfortunately, the machine couldn’t recognise either my name or my reservation number. I then had to join the queue all over again. After waiting a long time, a member of staff finally found my reservation details, but instead of completing the check-in themselves, they sent me back to the same machine. The machine printed a receipt, and then I had to queue once again at reception just to collect my room keys. It was an incredibly frustrating and pointless process that wasted a huge amount of time. The room itself was acceptable, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say. The food was one of the biggest disappointments. Breakfast is only available until 1:30 pm, but after around 10:00 am the food was already cold. Even worse, the menu never changed. Every single day it was exactly the same. The quality was poor, the variety was almost non-existent, and by the end of my stay I dreaded going to eat. The moment I realised just how bad this hotel really was was when the Wi-Fi stopped working. I went to reception expecting them to help, but all they said was, “We have nothing to do with the Wi-Fi. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn’t.” I have been travelling for over 20 years and I have never heard a hotel give such an unaccept

Allting var bra i hotellet förutom att vi hade myror i vårat rum, att varmvattnet kunde stängas av utan att vi fick något besked. När dom väl stöda vårt rum var det bara byte av handdukar ingen tömde sopporna eller byte lakan vilket vi klagade på men ändå inte fick hjälp. Utöver det var det toppen personal

Todo bien, es un sitio agradable, la piscina está abierto en un horario muy limitado, de 10 a 18 por lo que si vas con niños, no lo recomiendo,y para ser un desayuno tipo Brunch, no está tan variado, lo bueno es el horario que es extenso. del resto las habitaciones y las demas áreas son muy lindas, todo muy cómodo, baños y sabanas limpias, toallas y equipo de ña.habitacion excelente.

Det som störde mig var att det fanns rökhörna men gäster rökte iaf vid poolen där jag låg och solade. Inte för en familj med barn att rekommendera då det var högljud på natten när gäster anlände efter partyn.

Breakfast great, brunch until late in the day so you coukd get breakfast and dinner. Staff fantastic. Its a young vibe but had everything we needed, clean and friendly.

Petit déjeuner Brunch avec nombreuses variétés de choix sucrées et salées mais peu de produits changent d'un jour sur l'autre, en revanche amplitude horaire très appréciable (8h30 à 13h30). Chambre spacieuse mais déco assez sommaire et quelconque Ménage laisse à désirer : pas un seul coup d'aspirateur ou de balai dans la chambre durant les 5 jours où nous sommes restés, seuls les lits sont refaits à la demande (ne pas oublier de mettre l'affichette sur la poignet extérieure de votre chambre), les serviettes sont uniquement remplacées si vous les laisser au sol et le papier toilette n'est pas rechargé non plus ! Piscine géante très sympa mais glacée en ce mois de mai car n'est pas chauffée (attention ouverte seulement de 10h à 18h).

Absolutely amazing place. Very clean hotel with amazing, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were lovely, the pool was great, and the breakfast/brunch included in the price from 8:30am until 1:30pm was a huge bonus. WiFi was included and there was free parking if spaces were available. Everything is within 2 minutes walking distance — the beach, restaurants, nightlife, go-karting, water parks and shops everywhere, including a pharmacy and doctors right next door. The views from the room were beautiful and the hotel was not overly busy, which made it feel perfect and relaxing. Could not ask for a better place to stay. Would definitely return.

Great place to stay in a great location, really good breakfast, beautiful pool and great staff that let us check in early for a fee.
