The location is excellent, right by Las Setas, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and even a top-rated flamenco show directly across the street. It’s also walkable to the city center, while being just outside the busiest areas, which I appreciated. The property itself is modern, clean, and has a nice boutique feel. I would stay here again based on location and overall quality.
However, the biggest issue is the room layout. All rooms have the shower fully exposed in the room with no real separation, not even frosted glass. This means there is essentially zero privacy. The hotel frames this as part of its boutique aesthetic, but in practice it feels like a poor design choice, especially for anyone traveling with friends or family.
If you’re on a couples getaway, this setup might not be an issue and could even be appealing. But for anyone else, it’s something to seriously consider before booking.
Overall, a nice property in a great area, but the lack of bathroom privacy is a significant downside.
