Clean, quirky, inviting!

The staff was really nice and helpful. I stayed with my 2 kids for 5 days and we ate breakfast at the hotel every morning and went swimming at the hotel pool every evening. I ended up needing things like deodorant, cough drops, and laundry detergent. I literally found all those things in the lobby shop of the hotel. I did multiple loads of laundry and was psyched to see the washer and dryer were free. No quarters! We filled our water bottles every day at the filtered water fountain. We played a little on the pool table. The kids even worked out for an hour in the gym. And It's not even 15 minutes to Carowinds. Our trip could've been so much more stressful for me if the hotel weren't as great as it was!!

All the necessities but nothing more. Thank god for Uber as this location doesn't have airport shuttle service.³

No hot water in the shower and could here every door open and close as well as everything happening on the hallway. Will not be booking again

Great place to stay for the night prior to our early AM flight the next morning. Very close to airport.

Breakfast was extremely basic. Only 1 yogurt flavor and it had artificial ingredients.

I wish i would have asked for the name of the lady that checked us in, she was AMAZING. The front desk staff was excellent throughout our stay. My kids made friends and had a blast in the pool. My husband, parents, and i loved playing pool in the lobby! Room was exactly what we expected (maybe a little more.modern which was nice). I have had horriible experiences with other Hilton properties but this stay has me wanting to continue staying with them.

Location, clean property

Stay away from this place! Extremely rude and unprofessional. Despite us booking only one room they claimed there was booking for 2 rooms and charged us twice. Pure fraud! When we called to dispute the charge the front desk person was clueless and manager was extremely rude and actually hung up on us. There are many hotels nearby so stay away if you don’t want to be defrauded and waste time and energy trying to clean it up.

Great for a weekend trip and very easy to uber to and from. Not a place to heat up left overs though from restaurants

Enjoyable stay, comfortable beds and rooms, great amenities and atmosphere

Modern room with good fitness center and wifi connection. Breakfast is standard. However, the coffee was not hot and ran out. When asked for more coffee, team member said she will see what she can do and then did not do anything.

Easy check in, Bathroom is good. Room is small, not much area. For a day or two is fine.

Quiet, clean, great staff. Great proximity to I 77,so traveling was a breeze.

The hotel was clean and nice. We enjoyed the indoor pool and gym. The room was spacious enough for a 1 night stay of 5 people. Check in was easy and staff was nice. Would stay again!

Nice Location, and facilities, very clean bedroom

Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was okay the hot options were slim. Like having unlimited coffee and tea. The doors kept sticking. Could do without the multiple silt text about my stay while I’m trying to enjoy my time off. Seems a bit much. Like not having to pay to park. The staff were pleasant and helpful with food options. It’s a bit much having to run to the lobby every time we need to use a microwave.
