Staff was excellent!! Hotel is charming and ver well situated. Can not say enough about the concierge, front desk staff, Bar etc

Excellent location, staff were great, hotel was clean- although we had to ask twice on a 4night stay for our room to be cleaned and refilled with water and toiletries as neither had been done by 5pm. Rooms are very small so not quite value enough for money. If rates were cheaper it would’ve been more understandable but navigating room and bathroom was tricky when in ski attire!

The hotel was EXCELLENT, every detail from the attention to the cleaning the experience was amazing. Shoutout to everyone in the front desk because they do an amazing job and every goes above and beyond. I will definitely come back. My only constructive feedback is that I would like the pillows to be better, and the coffee to be from an espresso machine instead of the automatic machine. I would definitely stay here again regardless

Uma equipe muito atenciosa e um serviço de concierge que ajudou em todos os momentos, nos fez sentir em casa. Um café da manhã impecável e serviço de transfer gratuíto para restaurantes da cidade (todos os pontos de Meribel). Próximo ao ski lift. Loja de locação de ski na frente. O hotel não é um "ski in-ski out", mas a caminhada é bem pequena - não mais que 60 metros

Excellent location, right at bottom of Chaudanne lift station and close to bars and restaurants. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff helpful, rooms a tad on the small side but clean and comfortable. Good discount at excellent ski shop opposite. Nice touches in the evening like chocolates and water left. Only minor compliant was parking was slightly on steep side.

This was a very comfortable cosy hotel close to all town amenities. Short walk from the ski storage shop to the main ski lifts. Afternoon pastries served in the lounge were a lovely touch after a day of skiing. Friendly staff at breakfast too. Only downside to room was bath shower attachment not on the wall. No hot tub so the spa was disappointing for us.
