No staff at all to help with check in. No heat in the rooms and it’s freezing. Half the power was out in the room. No maintenance personnel to deal with power being out. Online checking took way longer than it should because their system kept failing. Pretty disappointing. This place has the potential to be really good if it was managed properly. Disappointed.

I liked the included tea and coffee as well as the charming wooden rooms. The beds were extraordinary clean. Self-serviced check-in with flexible arrival time.

I struggled with check in, with no front service desk. Really old place, door was jammed. Dogs were barking around and it 2 dark. I decided actually to go forfeit and stay elsewhere

It is in a rural location, which is fine. But felt quite unsafe checking in late. The doors would not open. There was this smell in the kitchen and room. No desk service in the rural location made it hard

En el salón tienen servicio de café, chocolate y té pero es muy básico. Los baños comunes de la planta baja del edificio desprenden un olor muy especial que se queda alrededor del pasillo.

Located next to many restaurants and cafe's. Very clean and perfect for a short stay in Vilaflor.

Nos gustó que podíamos entrar tarde mediante el código, todo muy bonito y cuidado, el unico problema fue que el enchufe de la habitación estaba directamente conectado con el interruptor de la luz, y no pudimos cargar los móviles para el día siguiente ya que teníamos que dormir con la luz encendida.

El lugar muy tranquilo y bonito en el pueblo, con un entorno muy cuidado para pasear y con alternativas de restaurantes cerca. Supermercado y bares.

Don't buy the picture, it's actually quite bleak there and you will not get heating even if you are ready to pay for it. And the walls - you can hear your neighbor breath, not talking about young couple in next room, who in my case luckily left the room before the night after intensive usage.

Vi fik ingen ingen email eller sms om selvindtjekning, hvilket vi skulle have haft. Jeg ringede adskillige gange på det angivne telefonnummer i dagene før indtjekning, men det virker ikke. Det samme telefonnummer stod på indgangsdøren, men virkede stadig ikke. Vi kom kun ind fordi det kom nogle andre gæster, der boede der. Men vi vidste heller ikke hvilket værelse, vi skulle have. Så vi fandt et værelse, der passede nogenlunde med beskrivelsen, og det var en nøgle til døren. Så det tog vi. Og så aldrig noget personale de to dage vi boede der. Katastrofalt at stå uden for en hoteldør, uden at vide hvordan man kommer ind.

El alojamiento está muy bien si sabes por lo que estás pagando. En este caso, buscaba una habitación en vilaflor donde pasar la noche para estar cerca del p.n del Teide y subir de noche a hacer unas fotos. El baño es compartido, algo que no me importó y además en la ducha dispones de varios botes de gel y champú, lo que es un plus. La habitación es amplia y cálida y el entorno es muy silencioso. No hay TV (ni la necesitaba). Como punto a mejorar, diría que la luz es demasiado tenue tanto en el cuarto cómo en el aseo, algo que se soluciona muy fácilmente cambiando las bombillas, y el colchón algo duro. El pueblo es una preciosidad, rodeado de naturaleza y a muy poca distancia del Teide.

The main light switch in our room controlled the circuit breaker for the sockets in our rooms as well. So when light was off, no power was provided to the sockets. This resulted in impossibility to reload our devices during night (phones, powerbanks - which are very important for hiking).
