Stayed for 2 nights. Amazing hotel with nice decor. Attentive staff. Rooms were clean- room service daily is a bonus. Had the room with the views of the alcazar and it was unreal. 10/10. Will definitely be back.

Struttura abbastanza centrale. Credo si tratti di un ex monastero ristrutturato. Nuovo e pulito come si addice ad un 4 stelle. Personale attento e cortese con un tocco di formalismo che è necessario in un hotel così. La hall e gli spazi comuni sono avvolti da un profumo piacevolissimo gli elementi architettonici che rivelano il passato della struttura come gli archi o mattoni antichi sono una gioia per gli occhi. La stanza, pulitissima oltre ogni standard, non era molto grande però c'è veramente tutto addirittura un ferro da stiro verticale e un tappetino da yoga. L'unico neo era che l'esterno dava su un lampione pubblico che mi ha un po' infastidito. Anche se dava sulla stradina adiacente è molto silenzioso. Mi dispiace solo di non aver avuto tempo per usare la spa. CONSIGLIATISSIMO.

Excelente opção de estadia em Toledo. Localizado no centro histórico, permite acesso aos principais pontos turísticos a pé. Atendimento, limpeza e café da manhã impecáveis. Se eu tiver e oportunidade de voltar a essa cidade, não pensarei em outra opção.

Llame para anular una reserva no reembolsable conco minutos despues de hacerla y me dijeron que lo verian con el servicio comercial. Al final no la anularon y se quedaron con el dinero. Un buen servicio al cliente. Gracias por todo

El bufet muy completo, con fruta, zumos naturales, embutido, fiambre, caliente, dulce.... Y los camareros muy atentos a las necesidades

What a beautiful place! The city of Toledo was picture perfect and this hotel captured just that. We had a beautiful room with a view from the terrace. It was such a nice quiet place to enjoy after a full day in the city. I will definitely look for this hotel again.

O hotel é excelente em todos os aspectos. O hotel é lindo, a localização é fantástica, equipe cordial e atenciosa, a limpeza e os amenities são excelentes. O hotel está localizado no centro histórico, ao lado da catedral que é uma das principais atrações da cidade, todas as comodidades estão a poucos minutos a pé e mesmo estando em uma região central é super silencioso para dormir. O hotel não possui estacionamento no local, pois ele está localizado em uma área inacessível a carro, mas tem um estacionamento muito próximo com um custo de em torno de € 20,00 o dia. As ruas do centro histórico de Toledo são em pedra, por isso, é um pouco complicado levar muitas malas. É só se organizar que dá certo ficar lá, o hotel vale esse pequeno esforço. Com certeza me hospedarei novamente no Aurea Todelo!

Best hotel I've ever stayed at. Beautiful, impeccable, close to all the monuments in Toledo, great amenities (spa), spectacular views from our window. The most helpful staff you can ask for. Kelvin is amazing...so charming and knowledgeable (he gave us a private tour of all the historical elements in the building and the history behind it)!!!!! Angel was super kind and helpful. The entire staff was incredible. We will come back and from now on will always try to book historical boutique hotels from this company. We will be eternally grateful for the exceptional attention we received and the beautiful memories.
