Penilaian & Ulasan Keseluruhan Holiday Inn NANJING QINHUAI SOUTH by IHG, an IHG Hotel

I booked two nights for my parents and myself. Our stay was excellent and the hotel’s free parking was great. Room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The nice card and extra little gifts from the staff made us feel awesome. I felt that we received a five star service for a very small price.

Highly recommend, clean & in time room services, nice staff, breakfast is super.

服務一流，環境寧靜，衛生不錯。 對面就有outlet，購買飲食都方便，唯欠缺超市，難購買生活用品。 雖地方偏遠，但酒店後就有地鐵站。

地理尚算方便，在酒店正後方就有地鐵站，對面有商場，吃飯購物也方便。酒店房間非常乾淨，接待處職員都非常有善。

电梯等待时间太长，早餐很一般

This would be the five-star review, but experience at ground-floor breakfast/dinner place was less than stellar. Not because of the staff (quite contrary, they were excellent), but the kitchen - you'll never know whether what you order will be what you get.

객실 청소상태가 대체적으로 불량하고, 침대커버 교체도 안되는것. 같고 기본제공되는 물품도 교체 되지않고 전반적으로 객실 서비스가 불량함 지금까지. 난징에서의 숙박 상태가 최악이 였음

離市區較遠 但是整體住宿不錯

General is ok,but it is too far from city

眺めはよかったが、夜間の湿度調整ができず、風邪気味になりました。 食事もよく、意外と快適に過ごせました。ただし、Dauntownに出るまでは遠く、市内観光を考えている人にはアクセスは良くないと思います。

櫃檯服務親切熱情

Terrible place for both business and travel purposes. No entertainments and good restaurants around here. The sound insulation of the room is not good, I can hear voices from outside and neighbors. What's more, staff always ignore your needs and complaints. They will call you only if you leave a negative comment on the Internet.

Terrible experience during check in. Staffs not able to find my booking.

Front desk people is not well trained, very slow. Bathroom is so small but the room itself is okay, quite comfortable.

貼心的飯店

Tolles Hotel ! Zimmer sauber und gross! Einziges Manko Minibar abgeschlossen. Trotz mehrmaliger Info wurde diese nicht aufgemacht... housekeeping wohl nicht anwesend!

飯店人員危機處理能力不錯，房間乾淨，交通也滿方便的。唯一缺點就是對街也有一間ㄧ樣集團的飯店叫做“假日套房”，因為在外觀上沒有顯著的區別，因此不僅旅客容易搞錯，連飯店的接待人員也容易搞錯。除此之外，滿不錯的。

Hotel is great! Comfort, clean, staff can speak English - not fluent but enough to ask what you need and explain something.
