The staff were very nice and the bar and grill had the best Caesar salad!

When we arrived it was crazy busy! The valets were working so hard to keep the cars moving through but they definitely seemed to be understaffed for the amount of people they had to manage. Even though they were overwhelmed, they were kind, calm and cool. The front desk staff was very nice. Check in was really quick and they were able to give us information about what we were there to do... see a baseball game. This was the highlight of the trip. It was really easy to get to and from the park safely from this location. We would probably choose to stay here again if we return to Denver.

For being a Hilton hotel, this place was absolute trash. I get it, it’s downtown Denver, but should that matter??! Upon arrival to our room, the bathroom sink was totally disgusting, as if they hadn’t cleaned it at all. When we called the front desk, they said they’d send someone up right away. After waiting 40 minutes, we called again, only to be put on hold for another 10 minutes. I finally went down to the front desk and still had to wait another 30 minutes for housekeeping to clean our sink. We received multiple texts with the usual “how is your stay so far?” with no responses to those either. Why bother sending those then?! We had no housekeeping our first day there, and literally had to find someone to tidy up our room on the second day. None of the housekeeping staff speak English, so that was challenging. To be completely transparent, I expected more out of a Hilton Hotel. Do better.

Excellent location

Très gros hôtel dans le centre très pratique tout est accessible à pied et la 16th rue est juste à coter avec le bus gratuit. Petit déjeuner 25$ par personne inclu par jour. Chambre spacieuse salle de bain très propre. Très content ! Je reviendrais

Great access to downtown Denver. Super helpful and friendly staff - great room.

Very average especially for the high price. Room had a smell to it and could use some maintenance. I have definitely stayed at better Hiltons then this one.

The hotel brand is great unfortunately this location needs a bit of work. Over priced daily parking.

We stayed for a night over here. The front desk was really helpful and let us check in early. It’s a very nice place to stay at. The hotel breakfast was great and overall we loved everything about it.
