It was the first time staying at this brand of hotel & I was amazed on how great it was. Customer service was awesome, the area was great as restaurants were walking distances, the parking area was well lit & the room was amazing. Very clean & well kept. The breakfast was great & will definately be staying at more of this brand hotel.

First, they gave me the wrong room for what i booked (they corrected). Second, my room had very little toilet paper (i had to ask for after 1 person usage).

Didn’t Get the Room I Paid For I booked a double queen room through Expedia, but when I arrived at the hotel, they gave me a room with one queen bed and a sofa bed instead. When I asked about it, the front desk told me that because I booked through a third-party site, they could give me whatever room they had available. This is unacceptable. I paid for a specific room type and expected to receive what I reserved. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, and it made our stay much less pleasant than it should have been. I’m disappointed both in the hotel’s attitude and in the lack of consistency between what is advertised and what is delivered. If third-party bookings aren't honored properly, that should be clearly communicated in advance. I hope Expedia reviews this issue and works with the hotel to prevent this from happening to other travelers..

Nice and affordable Hotel with continental breakfast included in the price

The hotel was clean, comfortable and everythibg worked as it should. The only issue was the upstairs guests were running back and forth for my entire stay. I called the front desk but it continued. That has never been an issue before while staying here.

Cleaned place and the front desk always ready to assist. Complimentary breakfast it is okay limited. They serve a bit of spicy breakfast. Not my type.

Standing water in room, malfunctioning lock on bathroom door that would lock the person inside, timer in waffle maker did not work (I know that sounds petty, but the little things started to add up).

Front desk lady Courtney was rude from the time we got there

Upon arrival in the room, there was no toilet paper, no telephone in the room, and a horrible smell. I asked housekeeping for a room spray to mask the odor but they said they don’t have any. I had to go out and buy some myself, which is ridiculous. After multiple requests for missing items, I finally received them but the smell never did go away. In addition, the room was weirdly humid. My daughter had another room at the hotel which was fine so I know it wasn’t a whole hotel issue. I would not suggest staying at this hotel and will never go back.
