Just an amazing environment

Ups and down: hotel has very nice parts but pools are a disaster, with a lot of broken parts and holes, automatic doors sensor are useless (my wife ended with an injured leg), service is average to poor except Auma and Maxal, bartenders dont wanna work, housekeeping poor, there were the same dirty plates from room service outside a room for 2 days

The experience at Hilton Cancun exceeded our expectations. The staff is consistently friendly and accommodating. Our family enjoyed several activities and the food options were incredible.

A perfect stay for family and anyone with all fun and amenities inside.

Property is great but the beach is filled with sea weed.

é um "all inclusive" falso, horarios limitados dificultam muito! limitam quantidade de água por pessoa, limitam mesas a reservas difíceis de conseguir, cobram gatorates (enquanto dão bebidas alcoolicas caras) e o serviço dos garços no restaurante asiático foi o pior que ja recebi na vida.. It is a fake "all inclusive", they get you on time, and really hard to get reservations, they charg you extra for a gatorade, while giving free beer and alcoolic beverages. The service at the asian restaurante? The worst I ever had in my life.

Some Staff needs more training on customer service. Lady closes the snack bar exactly at noon time even though a patron asks for sandwich. Was told it closes at noon. One server only offers black coffee and was told to go to lobby to get special coffee. Yet other servers accommodated when we went on other days. Service doesn’t seem to be consistent.

Staff were very attentive and kind! There were numerous food options at all times of the day and the space was clean and quiet.
