Check in to the hotel is efficient. The receptionists are friendly and helpful, even went all out to assist me in booking a last minute driver to Yunmen Mountain. Housekeeping staff are very on the ball to keep the room clean and neat. They even prepared fruits and yoghurt daily for the guests. Hotel even prepare special gifts daily. Would like to commend one specific housekeeping staff - Yang Mei for going all out in customer service. Although the exterior of the hotel is not modern, the hospitality of the staff and interior maintenance made up for the overall. Highly recommend all to stay with this hotel.
