fantastic hotel in a peaceful tranquil park space, worth a walk around, the hotel pool is super cool, the hotel setting is supreme, loved everything, was great

I stayed at the Taj with my extended family in 3 rooms for 3 nights. We were very satisfied with our stay from the check-in to checkout. The staff were very courteous and always looking to make our stay pleasant. The rooms are well lighted and very well furnished and housekeeping was great as expected. The breakfast had tons of Indian and western options and very good service to deliver an exceptional experience. The location of this hotel is not close to central Mumbai but we were aware of this at booking so this really wasn't a big deal for us. Overall we are very happy with our stay.

Airport shuttle was super easy to find and a friendly driver. The room was immaculate and the views were amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. So much so we are returning for a mother visit before we leave India.

If you are looking for a serene hotel with fabulous staff and clean surroundings in Mumbai then this is the hotel for you. It was the first time staying at a Taj hotel group hotel and all I can say is that if this hotel is anything to go by, I will be reappearing it. The room was clean, great breakfasts daily, and lovely facilities. I was even fortunate to use the spa facilities which were first class. I had Reduka do my nails and Angel a scrub and wrap and both were excellent. I wish I’d gone to the spa sooner as it’s so luxurious. The nicest part is that it’s a quiet, area away from the car horns and people.

Everthing was perfect

This hotel was absolutely amazing! The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I asked lots of questions that they had taken away and was grateful for their answers the following day. The service and level of care they provided was really wonderful. The hotel itself is beautiful and maintained really well, it is a newer property but really does have excellent quality of rooms, food and amenities. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing hotel in Mumbai.

Lot of work going on all night. Couldnt sleep.No water proofing for bathroom doors. Also leaky taps everywhere. Water leaking all over floors all over tiled floor. We all kept slipping. Was absolutely terrible
