Staff were very poliet , pleasent and helpful. Breakfast room was big enough with sufficent different type of breakfast Inernet wasnt good we had problem. Cooffee machine in breakfast room most of the time was faulty or out of order. Aircondition was fulty , we couldnt turn it on .

O hotel é estilo butique, aconchegante, renovado e estiloso. Tem um ótimo café da manhã, variado. Está bem próximo dos principais pontos para se visitar em Sofia. Está a uma curta distwnxia da estação de metrô Serdika e de pontos de tram. A poucos passos do Mercado Central, onde há um supermercado Kaufland. Definitivamente ficaria novamente nesse hotel.

Staff very helpful, hotel very chic and still new looking , nice art and attached art store. Breakfast staff works hard to put out a nice variety of hot and cold items and beverages. Felt very safe and welcoming

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. There was an added bonus of an art exhibition in the foyer on my first night which was free to join! Close to main sites and great hotel and location for solo female travellers

Location was convenient, many shops restaurants and trains nearby. Room was a great size. Bed was a bit firm but still comfortable. Room had a smart tv so you could sign into your own Netflix. No laundry facilities but they can send your clothes out to get cleaned for a reasonable amount and it was done within a few hours. Staff was super helpful any time I had a question. Overall this was a good pick. I would definitely stay here again.

Super location - easy walking access to everything from sites to food to subway. Nice to have breakfast at the hotel before setting off, and helpful staff.

It was a great stay. Very good location. The rooms were well furnished and clean. Breakfast was tasty and the bar downstairs had very reasonable prices and a nice vibe. Would definitely stay again.

Ottima posizione e struttura rinnovata! ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ho trascorso un weekend a Sofia in questo hotel e mi sono trovato molto bene. Ecco i motivi per cui lo consiglio: Posizione imbattibile: Centralissimo, permette di visitare le principali attrazioni a piedi. Inoltre, è a soli 300 metri dalla stazione della metro collegata direttamente con l'aeroporto. Qualità della struttura: L'hotel è stato ristrutturato di recente. La camera era pulita, in ordine e molto confortevole. Servizio: Il personale si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile e cordiale durante tutto il soggiorno. L'unico aspetto migliorabile è la colazione, che offriva poca scelta. Tuttavia, visto il prezzo molto competitivo, il rapporto qualità-prezzo resta comunque eccellente. Ideale per chi cerca comodità e risparmio senza rinunciare alla qualità.

Great room with a small balcony. 5 mins walk from serdika station. Nice staff. Lovely hotel with lots of art everywhere.

An amazing hotel to stay at. The art piece to this hotel is awesome. Here's a gallery, a store, a bar with a record collection that is crazy big. The staff are awesome and place is super clean. Breakfast is included with the price and the breakfast is awesome. An easy walk to all of the major sites in the central area of the city. Place is a gem.

We have everything we want to have in a hotel like mini fridge, kettle , wardrobe , room is spacious, accessible to metro, tram , cafes , restaurants… walking distance to famous landmarks like St. Nedelya, market hall, banya bashi mall, roman ruins in largo, presidential palace snd a lot more.

Well-located hotel, super clean, quiet with helpful, friendly staff. There's great art throughout the hotel and clearly a lot of love has been involved in creating the business. Good value - recommended!

청결하고 위치가 좋았습니다

Ottima hotel per visitare il cuore di Sofia, a due passi dalla statua di Santa Sofia, dalla sinagoga , dalla chiesa dei Santi Cirillo e Metodio, dalla moschea e da via vitoschia (10 minuti a piedi). Nei dintorni Mercato Centrale di Sofia 2 minuti a piedi Museo Di Storia Regionale - 3 minuti a piedi Cattedrale Alexander Nevski 13 minuti a piedi Aeroporto di Sofia (SOF) 14 minuti a piedi e soprattutto 5 minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, struttura nuova e ben curata. Stanza dotata di tutti i confort, nel mio caso pure con piccolo balconcino. Letto comodo (matrimoniale ). Colazione abbastanza varia, più salato che dolce, alcuni giorni un po’ scarsa perché molte cose finite . Personale cordiale. Consiglio ❗️

お部屋は広くて、寝心地も良かったです。キッチンは使いやすく綺麗でした。皿や鍋、カトラリーも全て揃っています。ですが、換気扇から他の部屋の調理の臭いがしてきました。静かで良かったのですが、他の部屋の排水の音が聞こえてきました。
