I had a fantastic stay at Hotel L’Ill in Strasbourg! The service was outstanding—every staff member was warm, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is perfect, tucked away in a quiet spot but still just a short walk from the heart of the old town and all the main sights. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. The entire hotel was clean and comfortable, and I felt very well looked after throughout my stay. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Strasbourg—great value, wonderful people, and an unbeatable location.

Gute Lage, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss innerhalb 15-30 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Abzug, Rührei, Speck, etc. waren am Frühstücksbuffet kalt. Sehr warm im Zimmer und der Ventilator hilft nur bedingt.

Charmantes Hotel, mit Bus Nr. 10 ab dem Gare Centrale sehr gut erreichbar, in unmittelbarer Nähe der Altstadt (zur Kathedrale ca. 5 Min. Fussweg), sehr freundliches Personal, Kaffee sowie Croissant, Pain au Chocolat und Früchte konnte man im Frühstücksraum jederzeit kostenlos geniessen.

Hotel muy bien situado, cerca de la catedral. Habitación y baño pequeño pero funcional. Desayuno excelente, no paraban de reponer!! Excelente, 100% recomendable.

Chambre minimaliste , SDB moderne et petit déjeuner varié. Le plus : boisson et gâteaux / viennoiseries/fruits en libre service gratuit .

Great location near the "vieille ville". Park the car and do the rest by foot. The house itself could use some renovation, but this is more than made up by the very friendly and helpful staff and the cleanliness of the rooms. Good breakfast. Bottom line: a very good base to discover the heart of Strasbourg. We would stay there again.

L’hôtel est à proximité, du cœur du centre historique, ce qui nous a permis de visiter cette ville, chargée d’histoire.

Tout était parfait!

La struttura è in una posizione ottimale, vicino alla Cattedrale di Strasburgo. Nonostante questo è anche un posto silenzioso. Il personale è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile a rispondere prontamente a qualsiasi esigenza.

Extremely friendly staff made to feel welcome. Very good choice at breakfast. Rooms on the small size including the bed ! Very clean though. Great location.

Chambre triple agréable et confortable. Belle sdb avec double vasque. Produits de bain disponibles. Très bon petit déjeuner sucré et salé. Très proche du centre ville. Bon rapport qualité-prix pour Strasbourg. Parking gratuit de 19h a 9h dans la rue.

Les petits déjeuners sont excellents . Tranquille, matelas confortable, on y dort bien. Très très bien situé, tout à pied. Seul point négatif, pas de petit réfrigérateur dans les chambres.

Nice staf good hotel

Nice small city hotel. The receptionist was a one-man army, taking care of reception and breakfast 👍 Breakfast was not overwhelming, but it had all you needed. Short walking distance to the beautiful city centre. I'll never be a fan of separated toilet and bathroom, hence lower score. Lights in the room and in the bathroom did not work..

Mysigt hotell med väldigt trevlig personal. Ett äldre hus och rum med egen karaktär, mer känsla av att bo hemma hos någon än ett hotell. Härlig terass utanför rummet. Frukosten var rätt liten men fräsch. Närheten i Strasbourg är ett plus.

This was a great hotel with friendly staff. Our triple room was clean and floor plan was practical with shower area and bathroom being separate. Breakfast spread was great with fresh bread and yummy croissants every day. There was a paid parking closeby so it was good to leave the car and walk everywhere. Cathedral and Petite France were only 10 minute walk. Will stay here again if we travel to Strasbourg.

A nossa estadia foi ótimo, o atendimento muito bom, o Atendente fala ingles, frances e Alemão o que ajuda demais. O quarto é muito bom e curtimos demais nossa estadia. O cafe da manha achamos um pouco fraco mas mesmo assim ainda é bom.
