El apartamento es espectacular. Súper bonito, moderno y ubicado en un enclave inmejorable, veíamos el Tori de la Paz en frente cuando se disipaba la niebla.... Impresionantemente bonito. Para ver el Monte Fuji hay que tener suerte 😅. El Onsen en la propia habitación es todo un lujo!!!! Volveremos, nos ha encantado!!!!

Beautiful lake view

Excellent hotel in terms of quality and size of room

Beautiful and romantic with views of Fuji if the weather is right (almost never, such is life). Excellent personal onsen (mini mineral bath), very romantic. Slippers, pyjamas, soaps provided. Even a telescope and star projector! The place is very spacious for a family with two kids. Big kitchen and dining and living room. Big balcony with private foot bath. Big projector screen and you can stream video to it from your phone. Not much dining in the area. In fact, all of Hakone hasn't much dining but here is even less. Big 7-11 nearby and you can get many breakfast items there. The two beds are in the same room so if you are with your children then after they go to sleep you will need to be creative. However, the apartment is big and the opportunities are plenty. No problem.

The most beautiful spot. I will be back. The property was amazing, the views and location perfect for a long weekend away from theo stress and heat of the cities.

夜になるとびっしり虫が窓に張り付きますので、そこだけどうにかしていただけると…！ それ以外は本当に素晴らしい施設と景色でした。 虫の件があってもまた期待と思える素晴らしい宿でした。また来ます。

Great property with view to Mount Fuji from the private onsen. The room is large and has a good sized kitchen and a washing machine. Location is close to 7 Eleven and bus stop. Kids loved the projector and telescope.

Excellent stay. Clean and confortable. Loved all the amenities. The onsen and foot soak were so relaxing snd the view was stunning from the patio. My kids loved the telescope and the galaxy night light. Loved the drinks in the fridge. Would highly reccomend. We were aware of the luggage storage issue, so we did the loop with our bags, a little annoying. But it was worth it, we loved this stay.

Amazing view and unique hotel stay. Loved the surrounding areas and walkability. Clean and safe. It does take a 15+ minute to check in because it is done virtually.

Amazing views, BEST location, neighbors a bit loud. The booking was for 10 but the rooms are a bit tight and small considering how beautiful and spacious the living space is. Overall STUNNING I
