Great location, affordable, clean and comfortable.

ワルシャワで行われたAC/DCのライブに参加するために宿泊しました。ライブ会場へも徒歩30分ほどでアクセスが非常に良かったです。 ショパン博物館やワルシャワ旧市街など観光にもアクセスが非常に良かったです。 近所にスーパーがあったので非常に便利でした。 部屋もきれいで非常に快適でした。

The hotel was good and clean. The service was very friendly and professional. The room was very small for the price and didn’t have a good hairdryer, it was just blowing lukewarm air. Besides that the experience was very positive and the stay comfortable. I would stay again.

saubere, moderne Zimmer in der Nacht leider ein bisschen laut aufgrund des Straßenlärms sehr gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet freundliches, aufmerksames Service beim Frühstück am Abend an der Bar waren die Mitarbeiter leider nicht ganz so motiviert, ihren Platz hinter der Bar mit Blick auf den Fernseher zu verlassen und die Bestellungen aufzunehmen

Room very comfy and quiet. Good location to the centre. There were problems with the lighting in the corridor near the room we stayed in. This was rectified pretty quickly. A member of the bar staff was rude to my husband.

Location excellent, small but tidy rooms

Convenience to sights. The room did not have a fridge and the tv was sited in an awkward position as you could not really view it easily from the bed.

The hotel is spotless. It’s in a quiet area where all attractions are within walking distance. The only downside is the limited parking, with only 10-12 spaces available. I highly recommend staying there.

Everything was great: the front desk staff really helped with a delayed bag situation. Only critique is that my room had a strong smell of patchouli or some kind of fragrance that was probably from cleaning products. But it was super clean. There is a grocery store and a drug store very close. 10 MN walk to University of Warsaw and 5 to lots of restaurants. Super convenient location but not on the main street.

Very good location and comfortable room for a couple. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was good. I have only 2 critics: it was said that we should get a complimentary bottle of water that was not in the room (but I didn't ask for it either, so maybe I would have get it). Second is that the shower area would be better if there was a door (the glass separates it from the sink only). It is a minor detail but it requires you to dry a bit the floor after showering. Overall, great experience!

Trevligt hotell. Vänlig personal, bra frukost.

Poco dopo l'apertura di stelle ne avrei date cinque, ora diventato un po' troppo caro, ma è un'ottimo hotel. Personale cortese, preparato e veloce (cosa difficile da trovare in Polonia).

Great hotel with an exchellent breakfast. Reseption provided wrong information about where and how to get 72h ticket fir busses.

The location is great, you can get to the important sights and the river in a short time. There’s also a supermarket nearby. I didn’t like the hard pillows and the doors that shut with a loud bang. And although the breakfast was very good most seats were inconvenient for eating. Another negative point was the high price for parking

Anfänglich war ich sehr darüber enttäuscht, keinen Parkplatz zu bekommen, obwohl das Hotel damit wird. Das Personal am Empfang war überfordert und dadurch nicht besonders freundlich. Am Abend hat eine Mitarbeiterin aus Österreich den Ruf des Personals deutlich verbessert. Das Frühstück in der Bar einnehmen zu müssen, ist eine Zumutung! Auf niedrigem Tischen kann man nicht entsprechend essen. Für die Größe des Hotels sind die angebotenen Platzmöglichkeiten viel zu wenig! Hier muss man das Konzept deutlich überdenken, selbst wenn man darauf hofft, mit Geschäftskunden oder Durchreisenden einfach verfahren zu können. Für mich hat sich die Kette nicht bewährt.

Good location. Room was quite basic, and noisy, could hear the above floor alot which prevented from sleeping. Otherwise clean.

Great new hotel. Small but very clean and thoughtfully design room. Close to everything.
