The first day shower was less than acceptable. Water pressure was very low. The next day was much better. Staff is helpful, friendly and courteous. Though it was a walk from city center it was still very easy to navigate.

Hotel was located an easy 5 to 10 min walk from all the shops, bars, restaurants and sight seeing attractions. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean and comfy, our room was large and bright, all very nice, great experience. There is a little cafe next door where we had a lovely breakfast.

Nice place to stay over for a night. Room clean and tidy. Excellent location. Hotel with only 2 floors, only concern : no elevator. Staff will help ur luggage ~ super nice !

It's a 3 level building with no elevator (lift). The conforter in the queen bed is short, not for 2 persons. You have to carry your luggage to your room, no service, no elevator :( No conditioner in shower, only shampoo. Not a good air conditioner.

The property is conveniently located to the train station, and an easy walk to the colleges. It’s got a bit of a stark look and feels like old dorms converted into rooms. Our window didn’t have a view, the bathroom was basic and a step-up from the room. The beds were high and mattresses hard. It all felt plain

I will stay again any other time

Very nice location. Stayed for 2 nights with a friend. Street is quite noisy. If you are on that side of the hotel, do not leave the windows open at night! Windows + coverings did manage to drown most of it out. Loved the Lighthouse Pub just down the street - especially on Tuesday for buy one/get one tapas.

The place is great: easy access to Oxford city center and also close to train station; friendly staff, not only help to find low cost parking but also help me to pay for them. It has air conditioning ! I would go back in the future!

Well located close to the rail station and easy walk into central Oxford. Staff on reception were very helpful. Room was clean and well presented.

Bonne localisation près du train et du centre. Notre chambre était prête à notre arrivé en avant-midi ce qui a été très apprécié. Lit confortable. Chambre un peu petite mais suffisante. Salle de bain rénovée parfaite.

Staff were friendly and the room looked nice however there was a constant annoying hum from outside all night (from some kind of generator or aircon unit) and there was very little hot water in the morning. The location was very convenient for a single night's stay
