The convenience of the shuttle from the airport and the ease of check-in were great. There is also a small restaurant/bar in the building to catch a quick bite.

We had a quick trip. We needed to be at the airport early. Our room was great. Beds were comfortable and room was clean.

It was all great service from the time we arrived, the hospitality staff was great answering questions and the restaurant was in process of having a private party but they came out and greeted us and mentioned that we could place an order for take out or their was another sitting area around the dining room. We made an order to go and the gentleman took our order by memory and told us about how long and he was correct. They room the beds were comfortable and the shower was nice, the only thing about the shower was that it was a high step in so stepping out of the shower was a depth perception. Breakfast buffet was outstanding would stay definitely again.

Paid for breakfast the first day but since the eggs were rubber and there wasn't much choice. I did not get breakfast the next two days. They charged me for 4 breakfasts. I told them I only ate the first day, not the other 2. They said they took them off but they did not.

The morning front desk staff was exceptional. The restaurant staff in the evening for dinner and morning for breakfast were exceptional. I appreciate the time they took to greet and assist me. I didn’t like that the wifi was out. I called the front desk for assistance with streaming from my device to the television several times because of an error showing on the television and was rushed off the phone, told someone would be coming, and walked through unhelpful steps because the television continuously showed an error. No one from the front desk came to assist. When I went down to the front desk, was when I was told there was an error with the wifi. Because of the hours I spent trying to figure out the television and requesting assistance, I never ate my salad I purchased from the restaurant and tossed it out. Active listening is very important in the service industry and there was none of that with the evening front desk staff.

Overall it was nice! Could use bettwr communication on where things were, I,e. The ice machine. Plus location of the only ice machine was inconvenient.

Staff and property were good with exception of grill being down, apparently it has been down for a while.

It is a wonderful place for a single woman to stay. It’s a lovely property.

Best shuttle driver service! Nice, friendly, helpful and punctual.

Hotel was very clean and patrons were not noisy; but because it’s right at a highway; there were revving engines roaring by very late, so it wasn’t a very restful stay.

from the Moment I set foot in the airport and gave the hotel a call the service was amazing , The shuttle diver held great conversation and was happy when I arrived at the hotel the man who greeted me was just as pleasant, The check in process was fast and easy then i was off to my room the bed was soft plush and comfortable i was in heaven, at 11 am i was expecting to be rushed out by housekeeping or a knock on the door but nope they let me sleep and i was so thankful once i checked out i was still had some business items to tend to so i took advantage of their business center and it really helped speed my work along i was able to get the thigs for my meet done then off i went

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
