The hotel room is clean.

The hotel is pet-friendly and staff were accommodating.

Some of the room facilities were in poorer condition such as the shower head holder was broken and slight leak of the airconditioner

Overall it was a nice stay. My comment was no fridge in the room but you can ask the receptionist if you can have your food placed in their fridge. It was a quiet place. Very close to Calle crisologo, close to everything!!! Staff were nice and friendly. Ahm. The towels were non absorbent and the water in the bathroom sink smells like rust, but the one in the shower was not. But all of which can be manageable.,it’s not like it’s bad.
