The hotel staff was friendly. The hotel was average. It came with a breakfast voucher. The food was 2 eggs, toast with butter/jam, and coffee. As for the room, it came with no hotel slippers and no water to drink. The room had a wall AC and it didn't feel cool at all. I don’t plan on coming back here again!

Very un satisfying room cleaning is not aware of there work . I put sign board of cleaning but they don’t clean at all

Shower drain backed up and wetted the whole bathroom as there is no shower door. Other than that, was good to go.

We stayed at several hotels in Manila on this last trip Diamond resorts. Makati was by far the best in service location and amenities.
