Absolutely WONDERFUL! Exceptionally GREAT! Outstanding property with fantastic restaurants and 3 pools! The food at all breakfasts, lunches and dinners was top notch! The property is modern and maintained by a caring and uber friendly staff. The rooms are very spacious with GREAT showers and AC. One thing, make sure you have GRAB on your phone since it is situated a good walk away from most areas like SM Mall, Red Street and Clark Terminal and casinos. Having pre-set GRAB as an option just makes things easier. Definitely returning for my birthday in August! Can't wait to get back in the 15th floor pool!

Staff “rules” are overly strict and almost insulting. I’ve never seen a hotel charge for a stain on a towel. It makes the place appear petty and made me suspicious of being charged for things normally free by industry standard. Suggest management charge 50 pesos more per room and remove the towel policy. Felt like I was being admitted to a prison cell block.

First morning, my girlfriend was startled by a cockroach and dropped her coffee. So we got charged for the broken mug and the coffee stained towel after cleaning. Maybe we should have gotten disconnected for every roach i had to kill. They don't refill admenities (coffee, shampoo, tp) without being asked. Came back to a cleaned room and didn't realize the tp hadn't been refilled. 45 mins and 3 calls to the front desk, I was finally able to wipe my own ass Pools and bars were nice.

Very pleased with stsy at La Grande. Exceeded expectations, clean well maintained property, with efficient friendly staff. Wont hesitate to stay again. Thank you , Paul & Almarie
