Bad service, phone in room was not working, shower wasn't working and took long time to get internet password from them, it was advertising it have kitchenett, it doesn't have a dishes, ovrall, I recommend not staying in this hotel

Bathroom was dirty. Shower was open, without a shower Curtain and now bath tub. They advertised free breakfast but cook does not arrive until 8AM. The staff was helpful and courteous.

Overall it was good. Staff were nice and helpful

The hotel staff was accommodating and pleasant to deal with throughout our stay. The hotel pool was festive and clean. The manager worked out details and assisted with all requests in a timely fashion. The security was too notch throughout and I recommend the Clark CU as a perfect place to stay with or without family.

This is my review of the hotel: The cleanliness is subpar, customer service is lacking, with inattentive staff. When I reported the refrigerator not working, it took several follow-ups and was only attended to when breakfast was delivered. Follow-ups for items like towels require multiple trips to the counter; phone requests are not sufficient. The hotel smells like an old house, and the open ceiling with visible wiring is off-putting. The parking area is littered with trash.

I stayed there in February and again this month. The room this month was newer than the last one and was much nicer

Doing renovations. We got the room that wasnt renovated yet. Bed was a bit hard, uncomfortable. Had only tiny bars of soap to shower with. Internet was slow, TV was a smart TV, however, needed the staff to make it wirk. Food was good @ the restaurant.

Old colonial style building refurbished for a comfortable stay in spacious rooms. Basic amenities provided but pretty ok for the price. There's no soundproofing so best pray your neighbours aren't night owls or early birds. Pretty ok stay for the price all things considered.

This renovated hotel is a gem! The staffs are awesome and the hotel is functional and really gives super value. Oh also not to forget the delicious hearty breakfast. This is worth coming back for!

Bed was terrible booked another hotel and left
