I’ve stayed at this hotel twice—once for a week in January 2025 and again for 10 days this year—and both experiences were excellent. One of the things I love most is its convenient location. It’s close to shopping malls, restaurants, and other attractions, making it easy to get around while still enjoying a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet is one of the highlights, with a great variety of delicious options each morning. I also love spending time at the pool and bar area—it’s the perfect place to relax after a day out, and they serve some really delicious drinks. What truly makes this hotel stand out is the staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Their exceptional customer service made me feel valued throughout both stays. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit

Rooms are comfortable. Staff very attentive and friendly. Quick to respond to requests for additional pillows. Aircon quick to get cold. Our room had a nice view of the pool. Room had a well equipped kitchenette. We did not use but nice to have if we wanted to heat up something. Hotel is just next to The Row which had lots of options for food.

Receptionists were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms very clean. We loved that the kids club waa across the gym so this was a great amenity for those who work out every day. The pool was great for lap swim, especially early in the am when there was nobody else. Breakfast was pricey, but had lots of options. We liked that pastries and bread were purposefully prepped in tiny servings as most people just want to try and taste these. Shyra from the dining room went above and beyond for us. She anticipated what we needed, we didn't have to ask for much.

The rooms are thoughtfully arranged to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for both business and leisure travelers. Large windows allow natural light to brighten the space while offering relaxing views of the surrounding area.

Room was good (but a bit overpriced) and service was even better. I did not have breakfast in the hotel though.
