If you want to visit this place be prepared to stay hungry for hours on end because hotel does not provide breakfast for people. We were searching for place to eat but the way it works here is that if you did not reserve breakfast you cannot eat at all and all the other places are closed inside and outside hotel until the breakfast time is over which is at 0900 or 1000 in the morning. Room service also does not start before breakfast time is over which is very convenient wink wink. I have been around the globe and visited many places, but never have I ever waited for hours to eat.

동마다 엘레베이터가 나뉘어져있지만 3대뿐이라 기다리는 시간이 길었고, 몇층에 있는지 알수 없어 답답했고 기다리는 시간이 너무 오래걸림, 지하1층 엘레베이터앞에는 에어컨도 꺼져있었음... 오픈한지 얼마 안되었지만 객실내에는 벽 바닥부분, 자쿠지 겉 부분 오염이 눈에 잘 띄었다. 특히 체크인 대기 시간 1시간은 개선해야 할 부분이다. 미리 사전 공지라도 해주면 좋겠다.

깨끗하고 뷰 좋고 조식도 훌륭함. 체크인 웨이팅이 꽤 길었어요 30분넘게 걸린듯합니다

침대가... 불편했어요.... 조식 시간도 너무 짧아서...

얼음 주는 서비스 좋습니다! 다만 욕조가 막혀있어서 뚫기 위해 사람을 불러야했습니다.

새벽까지도 주변 노래, 음악 소리, 불빛 때문에 계속 잠 설쳤습니다. 침구가 너무 불편해요. 너무 두껍고 무거웠고 베개는 높고 냄새가 났습니다. 수건이 보송하다거나 개운한 느낌이 좀 없고 얇고 칙칙한 흰빛이었습니다. 문 열고 닫을 때 슬라이딩도어에서 나무가루가 자꾸 나왔습니다. 조식 시간 지정 및 제한이 불편합니다. 부대시설, 식음료는 좋았습니다. 전반적 깨끗하고 아직 신축이라 낡거나 더럽진 않습니다. 수영장도 잘 관리되었는데 괜찮았습니다.

신상호텔이라서 청결하고 깨끗하고 좋았지만 체크인이 늦은점 수영장요금이 비싼점은 문제라고 생각이드네요

This property has the potential to be a very nice option for the area. We had mixed feelings in various areas: 1) Reception and Check-in: Great check-in, staff provided good information and was quick and efficient. 2) Additional charges: We booked a suite with pool and sauna options for our Family of 4 (reservation only covers 2)- The package should be modified to cover everyone on the reservation. 3) Air conditioning in the room was disabled and only enabled after calls of tempearture too hot within the room. This was resolved at 11 PM on our first day of the stay. This policy should be revised to give guest control of the room temperature without having to go thru the discomfort first. 4) Restaurants have various policies that are not customer service friendly IE: Horizon facility is near the pool entrance but guest are not able to sit at the restaurants if you have on swim gear (fully covered rash guards). Fogo has limited children's options on the menu, making it not as Family friendly.

가격 대비 최악이었음. 5월 연휴에 다녀왔음. 엑스트라배드 요청했는데 연휴에 만실이라 제공 어렵다고해서 그건 이해했지만 침구류도 수량이 부족해서 제공어렵단 답변듣고 황당. 수영장 이용하는데 투숙객도 추가비용 지불해야하고, 객실간 차등이 크고 비용대비 이 서비스가 맞나 싶음.

뷰는 좋았으나 욕조 청결상태 별로이고, 투숙객 3인인데 타올과 샤워가운은 2인기준이며, 샤워시 물이 밖으로 다 흘러나옴. 샤워실 공사가 잘못된것 같음. 체크인시 많이 기다림. 다시 가고싶지는 않음

I am very satisfied with the room condition, but I had to be patient for check-in, using dining service and taking lifts. I understood too many customers stay in the hotel during the holiday, though it would be great you estimate your capacity more precisely. Anyhow I was happy to stay with you.

객실, 수영장, 편의점, 노천탕 이용은 아주 좋았습니다. 하지만 파고는 가격에 비해 서비스가 놀랄 만큼 무성의했습니다. 들어갔을 때부터 전화 응대만 하고 본 척 만 척하더니 5분도 넘게 세워놓질 않나, 테이블에 안내한 뒤에도 식기며 심지어 물이나 메뉴도 가져다주지 않고 아예 없는 사람들 취급하더군요. 간단한 안주에 맥주 한 잔 하러 갔던 건데 저희가 불렀을 때야 메뉴판만 달랑 가져와서 위스키, 칵테일만 된다는 말을 하고. 안 그래도 기분도 상하고 음악도 시끄러워서 나갈까 고민하던 차에 원하던 메뉴도 안 된다고 해서 미련없이 나왔습니다. 여탕 사우나 관리하시는 젊은 여성분 아주 친절하셨습니다.

Great stay!

수영장 시설과 레스토랑 시설이 좋지만, 유료 정책인게 아쉬움.
