Hotel was in a safe location, not too far from the center. It’s a quite new hotel attached to a middle size mall with a large grocery store in it. The breakfast was very good. Elevators were making a bit loud noise and shaking a bit that scared us and the hotel pool was running out of sun beds at times. We had people partying next door but we only heard them when they were on the hallway at night, the rooms have good soundproofing. The rooms looked bigger in person compared to the pictures, that was a nice surprise. Even the bathroom felt spacious and modern. Staff was very friendly and even called us a taxi when needed. (Trip to the beach was a bit far to walk but fine with taxi). Wi-Fi worked well. Would recommend this hotel to someone who maybe rents a car and wants to go around but also experience Malaga city or someone who likes to walk. We enjoyed our stay and would come again.

Supertrevlig och hjälpsam personal. Fantastisk frukost och svala rum. Något ont om solstolar på takterrassen, men en svalkande pool med 50 cm djup. Tackar för ett fantastisk hotell, med närhet det lokala samhället, dvs snabbmat, pizzerior osv.

Bij aankomst ruim een half uur gewacht voordat er iemand bij de receptie kwam om te helpen. Als je laat aankomt is dat wel even een frustratie moment. Verder mooie fijne kamer, wel gehorig, maar verblijf was topp!

Wir fanden unseren Aufenthalt soweit positiv, mit dem Uber war man schnell in der Altstadt. Das einzige was uns etwas gestört hat war, dass ein Kopfkissen einen ekelhaften gelben Fleck hatte und nachdem wir eine Putzkraft darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben, sie das Kissen nur umbezogen hat, dabei hätte man das Kissen reinigen müssen. Wir haben das Kissen einfach nicht benutzt der Rest war in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war auch soweit gut und das Highlight war die Orangensaftpresse. Das gym war sehr klein. Für einen Kurztrip finden wir das Hotel aber in Ordnung.

Excellent in all ways. Genuinely

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in Málaga. Unser Zimmer war modern eingerichtet, geräumig und perfekt für uns als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern – wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Alles war neu und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums, dafür direkt neben einem Einkaufszentrum mit sehr guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Praktisch war auch die Tiefgarage des Einkaufszentrums, die man bequem zum Parken nutzen konnte. Das Frühstück war hervorragend – eine große Auswahl, viel frisches Obst, selbstgebackene Kuchen und insgesamt sehr abwechslungsreich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, wir haben uns gut betreut gefühlt. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: die Putzfrau. Grundsätzlich ok, aber wenn man nicht vor 11 uhr das zimmer verlassen hatte, sanken Freundlichkeit und Arbeitseifer rapide. Ansonsten war wirklich alles top und wir würden das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Everything is great, great location with shopping mall beside, bus station next to the hotel to travel to city town center and with restaurants beside.

Pænt hotel men med ekstrem dårlig service. Vi ankom i bil og alle parkeringspladser var optaget. Vi holdte ca. 5 meter længere nede af vejen og adspurgte i receptionen om det var okay at holde der, hvilket receptionisten svarede at det var helt okay. Dagen efter var der en bøde på hhv. 100 euro og vi henvendte os igen til receptionen det havde misinformeret os og der var ingen service til at tolke bøden. Receptionisten svarede at vi skulle henvende os til politiet og politiet afviste at vi skulle henvende os der. Derudover var der ingen information ved ankomst omkring hotellets faciliteter og på en kort gåtur rundt om hotellet spottede vi to rotter samt fremstod gaden beskidt med affald mm.

Terrible and misleading hotel. on arrival there were no towels in the room and no coffee and tea supplies - housekeeping errors. when i was at reception asking for towels several other people were also complaining so this wasnt an isolated error. the staff were not very friendly. then i visited the gym - its terrible, much smaller than photo suggest due to the full wall mirror in the room. the weights machine is very bad quality and unsafe. limited free weights and the rowing machine is pathetic- only uses your own body weight and has little resistance. the cheapest equipment. then i visited the “pool” - what a bad joke, its a paddling pool for kids!! 50cm deep!! also the other photos are fake, very very bad. finally the distance to town or beach is misquoted unless the car is breaking the speed limit! overall a pathetic attempt at a hotel. i checked out and found a brilliant substitute for less money - avoid this hotel

Such a nice place! Great service and a nice atmosfear. Easy to walk or go by bus to the city center and absolutly so easy to get some nice sunbath at the roof top pool if going to the beach is not the priority. I recommend for sure!

Super fint hotel og bemærkede at det var meget handicap venligt. Lille pool der kun 0,5 meter dyb og kunne godt være nogle flere liggestole. Men super service og venlig peronale

Atención de recepción y camareros excelentes . Todo muy limpio como cubiertos. La vista desde la habitación nos encantó. Centro comercial junto al hotel. Todo muy nuevo.
