This hotel is beautiful but you should keep in mind that Tersane as an area is under construction so there is not much to do around there. Parts of the hotel are also under construction but I didn't feel disturbed by that. Staff are hit and miss. Reception staff were great. Poolside staff less so. If you are looking for a luxurious hotel where you can relax on a sun lounger with amazing views, this is it. If you want to explore Istanbul then perhaps consider staying somewhere more central.

It is the first time we have been to Istanbul Turkey. The facility of this hotels, the Services and the staff are wonderful, the best thank you very much.

Çok özel bir yer. İstanbul’un gelecek 10 yılının çekim merkezi. Harika bir karşılama. Balkonlu odamızdan Tarihi Yarımada manzarası. İnanulmaz başarılı kahvaltı. Dünya listelerine girecek bir deniz çizgisinde havuz. Front Office Manager Cüneyt Demirbağ Bey’e nezaketi, için kocaman teşekkürler.

Konaklamam şahane geçti. Ufak tefek teknik sorunlar oldu ama idari personel ve lobideki arkadaşlar müthiş şekilde bana yardımcı oldular hepsine çok teşekkür ederim

Otelde bizi çok mutlu eden pek çok şey vardı: yemekler, havuz, çalan müzikler, genel tasarım. Ancak bu seviyede bir otelden beklemediğimiz şeyler de gördük ve yaşadık: - ana restaurant ve havuz başı servis elemanlarınız daha hassas olabilir. (bizim yanımızda başka bir masayla tartışma yaşamaları; sipariş ettiğimiz kahveleri hazırlayıp, "kim istemişti bilemedik" deyip soğumaya bırakmaları, vs. ) - odamızın (1216) hemen yanında bir staff only kapısı vardı, servis asansörünün bulunduğu. Kapısı sürekli açık bırakılıyordu, ve içerisinin pis, yıkık dökük inanılmaz kötü bir görüntüsü vardı. Odamadan her çıkıştı bu manzarayla karşılaşmak böylesine şık bir oteldeki deneyimizi kötü etkiledi. - İlk girdiğimizde odamızdaki lavabonun içinde kocaman bir yumak saç kalmıştı. Temizlik yapıldıktan sonra da sırılsıklam bırakılmış klozetler bulduk. - Odamızdaki kablosuz şarjlı masa lambasının kablosu kayıptı, resepsiyondan talep etmemiz gerekti. - Çıkışta otelin önündeki valelerin karmaşası kötü bir ayrılış yaşattı. Daha iyi bir işleyişe ihtiyaç var. Arabamızı aşırı hızlı, ve bacağımdan 30 cm mesafeden geçirerek getiren genç ve aceleci arkadaşlara da daha sakin bir servis vermeleri öğütlenmeli. Bu nedenlerle, bayıldığım infinity pool'a rağmen, bir sonraki İstanbul gezimde başka otele seçeceğim.

Terrible internet. There is NO functional wifi around the hotel property, inside the hotel and within room. I’ve told hotel staff many times—they don’t care. There is heavy construction onsite—very noisy. Staff speak minimal English. Coffee throughout property is Nespresso (the same u have at home) except that they charge $10 for a cup. You can only get proper coffee at Josephina. Location—odd area—tight streets, hard to find taxi. Food selection is minimal—I don’t go to Istanbul to eat sushi or Italian. They don’t have a good selection of Turkish food. Property is isolated—u can’t go out walking to find restaurants; it’s in a dangerous neighborhood.

I recommend this hotel

I stayed at Rixos Tersane Istanbul for 9 days. Overall, the experience was pleasant, but unfortunately, the noise from the ongoing exterior renovations affected the comfort of the stay. The hotel's location is beautiful, and the facilities are elegant and well-maintained. However, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of variety and options offered within the hotel amenities.

Worst check-in ever. We had booked 2 Premium Rooms - Kingsize Beds - Partial Sea View. When we arrived at 3 pm to check-in the hotel was overbooked. We had to wait 3 and 7 hours after check-in until we got the rooms we had booked. That is simply not acceptable. We were given a cup of tea as compensation. It ruined our entire experience of your beautiful hotel.

Herşey çok güzeldi..

1- accessibility to and from hotel is very bad. 2- didn’t offer anything for an Expedia platinum member. 3- staff needs extensive training 4- this is not a five star luxury hotel the room was bad 5- the guest relations manager apologized and was very kind

Odalar tertemiz,günlük temizlik çok özenli yapılıyor. Otel personeli çok ilgili ve güleryüzlü her zaman yardımcı oldular. Sadece havuz başındaki işletme servis konusunda eksik siparişimizi unutup geç getiriyolardı ama otelin içindeki diğer restoranlar gayet iyiydi. Kahvaltısı rixos kalitesindeydi, ısıtmalı havuzu ve otelin etkinlikleri de çok güzeldi

Nach dem Aufenthalt fällt es schwer, auf das nächst mal so lange zu warten. Tolle Lage, alles gut erreichbar , cooler Pool , Mega Nachclub ( Ableger des Pariser Modäne) gleich in der Nähe. Die Zimmer modern mit tollem Ausblick. Und man ist mega schnell an allen Hotspots

Mycket fint hotell med alla rätt egentligen. Men Servicen på restaurangen var galet långsam och servicen i övrigt var inte vad man kan förvänta sig för ett hotell i denna klass.

Spacious room, clean food and dinning was excellent only issues were the service in restaurants were slow and staff looks lost you don't feel welcomed. But the staff at the front door were nice and Mr. Kaan from concierge were excellent.

Hotels is perfect. They made a great compound. I only critise that even I am a Goldmember and they had higher level rooms They didn't suggest me to upgrade.

The new Rixos hotel was absolutely fabulous! From the stunning views to the thoughtfully designed interiors, every detail was impeccable. Its central location made it easy to explore all the historic neighborhoods along the Golden Horn, whether by taxi or private water transfer. A perfect blend of comfort and convenience, it’s an ideal choice for both longer stays and layovers. Highly recommended—I would definitely return! Staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating.
