Good modern and quiet hotel.

リヨンの駅真横でタクシーも目の前に常駐していたので、便利でした。また、ショッピングセンターもすぐそばにあり買い物するにも便利でした。ただ、UberTaxiは目の前に配車できないため、その点は不便かも？

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, si al caso no me gustó que los taxis Uber no te puedan recoger justo enfrente del hotel pero eso no es culpa del mismo. El hotel es bonito, súper cómodo y ante todo su personal muy amable, de aquí en adelante buscaré quedarme en los hoteles de esta cadena, muchas felicidades a Pullman Hotel!

Samstagmorgen um 8 wurde ich durch Baulärm im Hotel geweckt, anscheinend renovierten sie den Raum nebenan. Der Empfang gab mir 2 Zimmerschlüssel, damit ich die klinaanlage eingeschaltet lassen konnte. Das housekeeping hat den schküssel dann entfernt. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir wieder ein neuer gegeben, der alte war wohl immer noch gültig. Habe am Abend Personal in meinem Zimmer angetroffen, das auf "Kontrollgang" war... Kann das hotel nicht empfehlen.

Really nice modern hotel right near the station. Our only complaint was a rancid smell coming from the drain in the bathroom. A real shame because it was a lovely stay otherwise.

We stayed for 3 nights, everything was great! Great location, great staff (we were taken care by Alen), and great room.

Tout était parfait, les chambres sont spacieuses et très bien décorées. Petit déjeuner excellent avec beaucoup de choix.

A beautiful hotel with a welcoming atmosphere and highly professional staff. The rooms were comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the gym was particularly impressive. The only minor issue was that the gym wasn’t fully stocked with water and towels early in the morning, but this was a very small detail compared to the overall experience. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality service, comfort, and great facilities.

Das Hotel wollte beim einchecken die Zimmerrate nochmals kassieren, bei aus Check wollen sie für vier Nächte die City Tax kassieren. Mit jeder Reservation die ich mit dieser Platform hatte, wollten mich die Hotels mehrfach abkassieren. So geht dann einchecken und Auschecken mühselig lange, weil man sämtliche Unterlagen rauskamen muss.

We are so pleased with property, and over the moon at the kindness and helpfulness of the staff! I would love it if all the hotels in all the places we stay would be so gracious as the Pullman Lyon staff. Merci beaucoup!

AC struggled a bit during heat wave but otherwise greatly enjoyed hotel and the location could not be more convenient for train and metro!
