The map and instruction provided were easy to understand for the smooth check-in and check-out process.

Outdated, dirty walls, TV wasn't working, bed is very uncomfortable, shower head is broken. Stay away!

Price was good but staff didn’t understand English as I asked for a room with no stairs and when I arrived after dark no lights and map not clear and the units not clearly labeled. When I got to my room I struggled with the steps which were two but nothing to hang on too and nearly fell twice. Needs a sensor light and a sign at the front of the unit to say room on the side and a rail. Sheets were itchy. There was a green bottle filled with liquid in the bathroom which wasn’t labelled I guess it was dishwasher liquid but very dangerous that it wasn’t labelled. If someone drank it like a child or a person who didn’t understand what it was it would be disastrous for the person and business. It was great to see a fire extinguisher and fire blanket but no instructions on how to use them. Not everyone knows how to use them. The fire evacuation plan was not upto standard with your room that your staying in not marked and an alternative evacuation place if the fire is at the front of the venue. One exit only. Very dangerous if their was a fire. Very disappointed with the accommodation and won’t be returning.

Great spot only 5 minutes and in the water.Very clean and quiet with eateries not far away.

The room was ok for a night just a little small

Price for 3 nights amazing , easy to get to but unfortunately upon arrival the room was dirty. Benches hadn’t been wiped down with clear food marks on the benches , only one fork available in our room, curtains didn’t cover windows , dirty wine glasses & plates. Scared to even think about the beds not being cleaned properly. Bring your own pillow because the ones provided were horrible, no extras provided. Was disappointing as online proved different.

Parking was secure, unit was great for our weekend away

Everything was beautiful. Manager was asian and hard to understand but gave email and msg to explain everything anyway so no problem. The unit across from mine left his balcony light on while out 1/2 the night so the lights were spotlight strength so lit up my bedroom as curtains really dont cover the whole window. Signage for reception needs to be better as wasnt manned on arrival. Cars moving around the area on gravel roads make lots of noise. All in all it was a great location, very clean and modern and would stay again.

The room was very clean although the quilt looked to be stained from previous tenant. I struggled with the pillow as inadequate for restful sleep. The parking was a problem as the tenants in next door parked in the spot which is understandable as the map given at check in showed parking for both. This was not possible as a 'No Parking over gate' sign (for Fire Department access) took up half the space. The room itself was very clean and well presented. The location was ideal for our purpose. Would stay again.

Booking was not completed as we cancelled it when before completion. No confirmation emsil was sent however we got charged in full we contacted the office they said contact Expefia for a refund we did this and Expedia told us to contact Eden Bay we did again they had to check with manager and would call us back still waiting 5 days. Do not stay there they are unprofessional.

In middle of everything

The accommodation was overpriced for what was offered. The bed was on the floor i.e. the base didn't have legs, so it was very low, making it difficult to get in & out.; there was only one chair for the 2 of us. Also, there was no hot water on the morning we left.

Utmärkt läge med nära (2 minuters gångväg) strand, busshållplats och bensinmack med liten butik. Skulle ha önskat att det fanns sänglampor, borste och sopskyffel, eller matta för att samla upp sand som drogs in och gärna nån hylla/skåp att lägga in kläder i.

It was ok for an overnight stay in a comfortable bedroom with 2 bathrooms. Amenities and cleanliness are good. However, i don’t feel secure coz of the glass door & windows. If curtains/blinds are up, you can be seen from outside. No privacy. I can I can also hear the noise from the neighbours . Also, the car space is very tight. Can’t carry my luggages from the car, I have to go around or let the car move forward a bit first to comfortably take luggages in. When coming out from the car park space, you will hit the front cabin’s front garden. So you have to reverse first so as not to destroy the landscaping.
