Nice place with good self parking. Room was really quiet even though there were lots of people in the hotel. All the staff were very nice and professional. Breakfast was $16, but just the usual stuff you normally get for free. Location is good with restaurants close by.

Front desk was great at check in even though there was people filming a movie right in the lobby. It was kind of inconvenient having to exit out one door and enter through the other just to walk up to the front desk. Breakfast crew was neutral didn’t interact with guests.

The lady at check-in was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. The room and hotel in general were very clean. We are definitely booking there again in the future.

This Holiday Inn hotel is quite new. It's at a great location with minutes away from movie theaters, restaurants, and grocery.

Check in was efficient. Room was what was expected. Clean and quite spacious. There was quite a lot of wear and tear at the bathroom. The stopper at the bathtub was a replacement that didn’t fit at all, so no way to take a bath at that tub. The water flow if the showerhead was very slow. I did not expect a very nice flow, but it was extremely slow to the point that it was difficult to rinse the shampoo off. Temperature of the water at the shower was also unsteady. I chose this hotel because it is new and location is very convenient, next to EV chargers across the street (but two of them were out of order at the time). I did not know there was no daily housekeeping. Wish I was told when I checked in. I called the front desk after I realized my room was not made up the first night. They told me it would be every other day or upon request. I believe guests should be notified of such policy when they check in since daily housekeeping is expected. Parking is directly underground, gated. That is good and safe.

Great location surrounded by restaurants. Beautiful lobby. Rooms were spacious and clean. Please put some wipes in the workout room. Would be nice if they offered free coffee, even if there was no breakfast.

Ziemlich neues und gutes Hotel mit abgeschlossener Tiefgarage (Achtung: große Autos kosten extra, z.B. Chevy Tahoe 18,- $ / Tag). Sauber, freundliches Personal. Das Frühstücksangebot wäre sicher ausbaufähig, ist aber für amerikanische Verhältnisse gut. Wir waren sechs Nächte da, in dieser Zeit gab es nahezu keinen Zimmerservice. Seife und Toilettenpapier mussten wir an der Rezeption nachordern, die Betten wurden während unseres Aufenthalts nicht gemacht. Wir haben uns dennoch wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel mit den genannten Abstrichen empfehlen.

Michael the front desk did not let me stay there. Stated Expedia overbooked me and they were full. They could not accommodate me so I slept in my car.

Das Zimmer war sehr gut, das Personal war nicht unfreundlich, aber auch nicht zuvorkommend.

The room was clean and spacious, staff was friendly and the hotel smelled nice.

Parking is too expensive! $18 per night in Monterey Park area, not like the luxury one such as Santa Monica ,Pasadena,or Beverly Hills. Expedia provides $10 coupon for VIP access however hotel assigned for particular restaurant which has limited opening time. Public microwave also has limited time to use. Such inconvenient for the travelers. Very disappointed for the stay. Front desk staffs are unfriendly as well, speak in cold voice.It’s the worst Holiday Inn ever.
