Arrived late for check in after 3pm, around 3:45pm still had to wait 1.5hrs to check in so sat in the lounge area. Room was falling apart the cupboard broke off the hinge and fell on my partners foot, outdated room, shower in the bath tub (not ideal for anyone over 5’8) toilet pretty much at the wall. Pool was murky, opened at 7am but the pool was still getting cleaned all the way until 9am and rusty nails sticking out on the side of the pool. Staff were rude just standing around giggling and watching tv, breakfast buffet was subpar compared to what we had at taumesina and coffees ordered upon entering the breakfast buffet weren’t served until we almost finished eating after 2-3 follow-ups. My parents bungalow was leaking they couldn’t even stay in their room the first night, my sister had no hot water in her room and after complaining to reception nothing they could do, reception phone was unanswered most of the time, had to go down to see them if you wanted someone to answer. A 14 year old was followed to her room by a random man and distraught crying along w her mother that didn’t speak English and yet there was nothing the staff or security could do especially with no cameras in the hall. There were also condoms on the staff doors which is completely unprofessional and not great to explain to children. Always ran out of pool towels and when asked it took hours for pool towels to arrive so we used our room towels. Will never choose to stay here again.

Amazing place, great rooms, excellent food and walking distance to town. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Beautiful and historic property. The lobby is the epitome of 'South Pacific' with its open air set up and cool breezes. The room was large and comfortable. The staff is delightful.

Friendly staff but not very quick to attend orders

DO NOT STAY HERE! Before we even got there issues started you’ll get communication a week after and that’s after following up multiply times. For our 2 day stay there was no hot water, I called reception twice no answer so went down and found all the staff standing outside. They sent someone up to our room and he said he fixed it. Surprise he did not! The showers are slippery and disgusting like they have not been cleaned. The floors are sooo dirty when you try to get into bed you have black soot on your feet and this was after a cold shower. My mum booked into the bungalow and it leaked so she had to be moved not once twice. The first room she was moved it was freshly painted and reeked of paint fumes. So she went back in the pouring rain for another room and didn’t get to sleep till 1am. I was called at our room to ask when I was checking out as they had another guest who wanted to come early so if we could check out earlier. I’ve never had this happen at any other hotel. What was the worse! As we were waiting check out, we saw a teenage girl clearly shaken with her mother. A man has followed this girl into her room and locked the door behind him. I asked the receptionist if they had a camera and she said there are no cameras. The staff did not nothing for this poor girl and her mother. If you have teenage daughters this place is not safe! The staff are rude and do not want to help in anyway, the rooms are disgusting outdated, cracked windows, roachs! Yuck

Yes. Balcony view was amazing. Bar and front lobby was great and a good place to relax and hangout with friends and family.

I thought the staff were amazing. The room i had had a great view, but bathroom was tired and run down. Shower over a bath which for a 75 year old was pretty hard to get in and out of. The cleaning in the corridors was not flash. The dinning room was great. Staff were very helpful. The cocktails were yum.Hotel was in great place. Easy to get anywhere.

The best part of our stay was the hospitality of the staff. Nothing was ever too much to ask and we were treated with the utmost kindness and professionalism.

Very nice location, excellent customer service, the check in was smooth and beyond my expectations. A lovely lady who took me to my room, she includes all resort information also the most interesting sightseeing of Samoa, Later on I knew her name is Hannah, director of customer service of the hotel, outstanding communication skills with guest, well done. Breakfast buffet has various options for local and international cuisine, I do like their special coffee with soy milk; Friday night there is a dance show with fire dance, is absolutely amazing. Overall is a great place for vacation in Samoa.

Lovely

The staff were very friendly and welcoming and keen to please. The room was smaller than expected and the toilet continued to flow after flushing. While rather tired, the room was comfortable and clean. On thing I thought was that the shower over bath could be a hazard as the bottom of the bath was sloped and difficult to stand in when getting out.

Staff were delightful. Close proximity to city centre was handy. Restaurant food excellent.

Amazing

Clean room, nice cold air con, friendly staff, good size pool, huge lobby area, shops nearby. Rooms need an upgrade/refresh. Didn’t like the frosted window panel from bathroom to the room - there’s no privacy for those taking a shower. Some items on the menu weren’t available - menu needs a refresh too? Quite a walk to our room - terrible signage. Expected more for a Sheraton but hotel seems run down. Staff were friendly, though didn’t advise they downgraded our hotel room booking. No communication on email with them - non responsive, even on chat. If you phone - you either get them or no answer.

The people that do house work forget to leave bath mat, hand towel and they use old looking bath towels. They also forgot to take dirty drinking glasses to wash as there’s nothing to wash those in the room. The beddings are not changed daily. The staff outside and around the hotel are great very welcoming and friendly.
