Staff was very professional and kept supplies and breakfast replenished. Only complaint was sounds of above floor and kids running around late at night.

Maybe short staffed? Nice staff, but dirty fitted sheet, waited a long time on towels, no water in water station, out of a lot of things for breakfast. No urgency to remedy those things. Would be a great place if they could get a little more training in hospitality.

We like that the hotel and room were like new. The breakfast was decent each morning. Although I wish they served bacon (personal preference). We had a difficult time with the room temperature. When the A/C kicked on it was freezing cold…when it was off, the room was almost too warm. Maybe it’s an issue with how often the A/C runs…keeping a more consistent temperature.

Great customer service

This property was very nice and seemed to be new or upgraded very recently.

Hallways were in need of cleaning. So much garbage around exterior of the hotel. Room wasn’t ready when we arrived (over an hour later than check in time). The hotel seemed extremely understaffed.

I got checked into a room that someone else was already staying in and then the room I did get was curry. You can tell the cleaning staff are there for a paycheck and don’t care about doing the job well. And management, could fix chips doors and uneven dresser drawers and have the floor cleaning machine change their water more often. It was mopping and leaving a trail of dirty water on the floor. It wasn’t even clean. I had to stay here as I was doing work in Muskegon and per my job I can’t drive more than 10hrs consecutively without8hr breaks in between. So I was there for the night. I did tell management r upon my leaving. Lateesha and the lovely front desk staff were attentive and apologized. But I’ll probably never stay at a holiday in again

Room was updated and new, but looked like a rushed rental property flip. Unpainted spots on walls, drywall mud not sanded. Tile baseboard not properly adhered to the wall. Just seemed very odd.

Facilities were clean and well kept. Well lit inside and out. Tisha was great!

Being close to dining and shops

Quick trip and the hotel was nice. Close to a lot of dining and shopping. Check in was easy. Our room was on the first floor and upon walking in the chlorine smell hit hard, but being close to the pool that made sense. It did dissipate pretty quickly. Bed was comfortable, water pressure good and hotel was clean. The only area of improvement is the breakfast. It was said it goes until 9:30am. My husband went down at 8:40 and there was no hot food available. No one was looking to check/fill it. Otherwise good stay. Would stay again.

Clean and very quiet at night. Everything still news. They just build for a year.

This was a great hotel! The breakfast was nice, the room was clean and bed comfy. The entire hotel was clean and welcoming. The only concern we had during our trip was obnoxious kids running up and down all of the halls, unaccompanied by any adults. I woke up at 11pm thinking it was thunder and storming but it was just loud children in the halls. They put signs up but it didn’t seem to help much. The kids were no older than 7 or 8 and absolutely needed to be watched better. This was our only complaint but everything else was great!
