Wish we have planned to stay an extra night. Location is wonderful, right between the JR Rail Station and the historic preservation section. Loved having tatami mats and a view of the temple. Great roof top view, fabulous for sunset views. Wish the bar stayed open more.

Lovely hotel with exceedingly friendly helpful staff and a rooftop bar with lovely views. Our kettle in the room was faulty, but five minutes after informing them they brought us a new one. Stairs are a bit steep and no lift, but not a problem for us.

For the rate, this is a very good value aparthotel. It was close to the old town, where the famous shopping district with old wooden houses. We recommend the place.

The place is near most of the tourist spots in Takayama area!
