Very clean property. Nice rooms. Good breakfast.

Everything was great. Breakfast could’ve been longer and the tv wasn’t accessible to watch whatever during those hours. I turned on worship music but I do professionally get that religion and politics are not everyone’s cup of tea.

We liked how nice and clean and spacious the room was for our family of 4. We absolutely did NOT like that we checked out and left a day early, and Holiday Inn Express Suites failed to give us our receipt. It shouldnt matter what day we leave, especially if the charges are the same, we should have been given a receipt. They said they will send it via email tomorrow upon the scheduled checkout; however its after 4pm and still no sign of receipt and or charges. Be weary as i will be watching my account closely for incorrect charges because this is definitely not right or okay.

The staff lady at the front desk, I forgot her name but she was very helpful and nice to my little girls. I will be returning back to the hotel

Very friendly & sincere staff! We were there 5 days and they cleaned our room every day! Loved the coffee in the lobby 24/7. Workout room was great. I did 3 running workouts on one of the treadmills.

Love that the staff, love the bathroom dove soaps and more, bed is great, spacious and great. Thank you so much for my stay me and my family plan on coming back again soon.

Got there at 4, and our room was not available. We were told it was not ready, they still haven't inspected it. This is the first time this happened to us at holiday inn. We went to another hotel. We were not compensated for the room.

A brand new hotel designed for its travers comfort. Hannah our checkin host was our first contact and she was so helpful. Very modern rooms, amazing breakfast, pool, ample parking. Will stay there again. 6 miles from Destin airport.
