Chambre pratique, bon rapport qualité prix, thé et café illimités au lobby, robot qui monte les commandes et livraisons aux étages, 3 machines à laver à disposition. Proche quartier sympa avec bars tranquilles et restaurants. Les seuls hics seraient que le grand lit faisait plutôt du 140cm et qu’il n’y a pas de placard, mais on s’y fait :) Idéal 2 nuits.

非常舒適，冷氣夠凍，花灑夠力，前台職員、執房姨姨都專業有禮，早餐亦不錯，如再去上海會再入住。

Amazing hotel.

Hotel very good for my short visit to Shangai. Good relation price/quality. Staff very nice. Excellent breakfast. Suggestion: snacks in the room. Not for.free but available because no dinning options in the hotel and at night we were hungry ;) Nice to have body lotion.

If you are searching for this hotel on Baidu Maps, it is very important that you search using the address. If you search by the name of the hotel, the app will give you the location of another hotel that is further away. Most of the staff members did not know how to speak English. Even though they were very helpful and tried to help by “reading actions and body language”, they could only respond in Chinese. The laundry machines were free for use! That was a pleasant surprise. The hotel could use a second coffee machine. During breakfast there would be a lineup, which took a long time.

My stay was pleasant overall. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was perfect, fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options. The only downside was the bed and pillows, which were too firm for my liking. A softer option would have made the stay even better. Otherwise, a great experience!

호텔 종업원들이 너무 친절하게 응대해주셨습니다. 직원분들이 넘 친절하시고 배려를 잘해주셔서 편하게 숙박하였습니다. 조식도 너무 맛있었습니다.

Staff is very polite and helpful. Offered bottled water upon check in and check out, especially staff named Amber.

Staff is vey cooperative, but the room was not well maintained.

The hotel has laundry facilities with three pairs of washers and dryers free of charge for hotel guests. It is very convenient.

Great new hotel - good self serve laundry amenities which are free. Its about a 10 min walk from the nearest subway station.
