Good location. Says family friendly but not the most convenient because there’s steps down into the hotel and the microwave to sterilize bottles (they did kindly give me access to it) was in bits - very old and stank.

Room was very clean and even had cold water in refrigerator

C’est mon 2e séjour dans cet hotel. Le personnel est efficace, le check-in s’est bien passé (je n’ai pas pu avoir la chambre avant 15h malheureusement, mais conforme). La chambre était un peu fraîche malgré la temperature réglée de manière exagérée a 24°C. Je pense que la température n’a jamais dépassé 21. Autrement la chambre est confortable et propre. Le petut déjeuner est bon, 4 choix de plats chaud et le classique reste (croissants, fruits, yogourt, et divers boissons et café/thé.

Great hotel. Very relaxed atmosphere with lovely, helpful staff. Perfect location to explore Amsterdam. The free snacks and coffee are a real bonus. I would highly recommend and wouldnt hesitate to stay there again.

Everything was nice. Good staff, the room was big enough, great shower. We had breakfast included and it was good. Bacon, eggs, pancakes, cold cuts and cheese, yogurt, etc. Great location with easy walk or tram to central station. Close to Anne Frank house and central square. Far enough from red light district to avoid that mass of humanity.

We had a really comfortable and pleasant stay and would definitely return. I can’t fault anything. Staff can’t do enough for you and are extremely friendly, professional and helpful. 10/10 stay.

Breakfast was good, room and bed very comfortable and complimentary drinks/nibbles were a great idea and welcomed especially in lieu of a fully stocked bar.

"Mehr Schein als Sein" trifft es bei diesem Hotel ganz gut. Alles erscheint hochmodern und stylisch, es gibt aber einige Punkte, die und überhaupt nicht gefallen haben. 1. Auf dem Zimmer gibt es ein Tablet, welches einfach nur sinnlos ist, weil man damit einfach nichts machen kann! Angeblich sollte man damit den Fernseher bedienen können... Das funktioniert nicht. Essen kann man nicht bestellen und die Info, dass das Zimmer nicht geputzt werden soll, wird auch nicht weitergeleitet.... 2. Nur niederländische Fernsehprogramme. Ich erwarte mir nicht 50 Sender, aber ein paar wären am Abend schön gewesen. 3. Fenster konnte nicht geöffnet werden. Das hat uns extrem gestört! Aufgrund dessen hat es auch geschimmelt im Zimmer. 4. Zimmer sind stylisch aber einfach nicht gut durchdacht. Der Wasserhahn vom Spülbecken ist viel zu kurz, die Ablage wird dadurch immer nass. Ich verstehe auch nicht, warum man dort eine kleine Küche einbaut, anstatt ein größeres Badezimmer. Dieses Hotel war wirklich sehr seltsam, wir kommen nicht wieder.
