This is like a boutique hotel. It has high tech check in, doors, lights and speakers even. It is on the tram line to central and easy access to lots of restaurants and The Dam square. I LOVED the breakfast. Lots of variety, good coffee, and Gluten free bread is available and it’s amazing. Staff are lovely. Definitely recommended

Outstanding hotel!

Det var forferdelig støvete under sengegavlen. Også søppel fra tidligere gjester gjemte seg på gulvet under der. Vi så et sølvkre som løp og gjemte seg under listene på gulvet. Putene på benken langs vinduet var skitne og ekle. Det var tilfeldig om vi fikk nye håndklær, og påfyll av kaffepodder, sikkert avhengig av hvem som vasket den dagen. Det var hyggelig at det var fri bar nede i lobbyen. Kaffen til frokost var ikke god. Bacon var overstekt, og det samme med eggerøren. Rundstykkene var gode, og juicen var god. Kunne tenkt meg bedre utvalg av oster til frokost, man er jo tross alt i Amsterdam. Betjeningen var hyggelig. Lokasjonen til hotellet er bra og veldig sentralt.

The hotel room was nice and had plenty of room for the 3 of us. Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. Hotel was close to the train station and lots of restaurants. Transit was close by.

Small room, very dark with bathroom open on the room. Overall the place was clean but there is improvement to be made. Good location - close to the station.

Bra hotell. Rent och fint. Mycket små rum men mjuka sängar. Gratis dryck på kvällen.

Great breakfast and complimentary drink and snacks

Good location. Says family friendly but not the most convenient because there’s steps down into the hotel and the microwave to sterilize bottles (they did kindly give me access to it) was in bits - very old and stank.

C’est mon 2e séjour dans cet hotel. Le personnel est efficace, le check-in s’est bien passé (je n’ai pas pu avoir la chambre avant 15h malheureusement, mais conforme). La chambre était un peu fraîche malgré la temperature réglée de manière exagérée a 24°C. Je pense que la température n’a jamais dépassé 21. Autrement la chambre est confortable et propre. Le petut déjeuner est bon, 4 choix de plats chaud et le classique reste (croissants, fruits, yogourt, et divers boissons et café/thé.

Great hotel. Very relaxed atmosphere with lovely, helpful staff. Perfect location to explore Amsterdam. The free snacks and coffee are a real bonus. I would highly recommend and wouldnt hesitate to stay there again.
