Hotel was well presented, however we had a few issues: - We got stuck in the lift on arrival and had to prise the doors open - Upholstered seating in room was stained - Next to no water pressure - Messaged hotel via Hotels.com chat and never had a reply - No hairdryer, hand soap or bath mat provided which we would have expected - Bed was uncomfortable but this may just be personal preference - Air conditioning worked but was very loud - When we went to leave the parking garage door was broken and we could not leave, fortunately we had no time sensitive commitments -

My husband's car was hit whilst in the private and locked car park. The manager still hasn't responded to any of our calls despite us reporting it to staff straight away. Awful customer service - our car was damaged on their property and no one seems to care at all.

I was on the ground floor and it was not the best experience I would really rate the upper apartments a 5 ⭐️ though.. but the last time I was there in room 005 it was a terrible experience with random noises of water running all night.

Großzügig geschnittene Räume, Großes Bad und eine sehr gute lage. Aus dem Wembley Stadion aus dem Block in die Unterkunft keine fünf Minuten.

Great location. A lot of food and shopping places nearby. Coliving and student accommodation everywhere so great for those working/studying. The staff were great, very friendly. But the noise in the room was horrific. The air conditioning system was so loud. Made no difference when I reduced the fan speed and mode. Couldn't turn it off even after mentionjng it to staff. Throughout the night, I could hear something that sounded like a jet engine starting up. Absolutely terrifying when it was happening every 2hrs from 1am onwards. The sink was also really smelly. Only stayed 2 nights but it wasn't a restful stay. Wouldn't stay here again.

We had an accessible room as my wife has mobility issues. It was one of the best we’ve stayed in with lots of space and a wet room shower that actually worked properly without flooding the whole room

Clean room , comfy bed and security was good, we booked this as our original hotel cancelled our booking as we arrived so needed something near to Wembley stadium , location of this is amazing

Close to Wembley arena, bars and places to eat. Had its own kitchenette. Big shower. Didn’t like the bed being closed in by 3 walls, had to climb in and out of bed.

Staff were all friendly and helpful, room was lovely, clean, compact and has everything you need. Love that it is like a mini apartment so you could cook rather than eat out. I only stayed one night so I went out for dinner. Plenty of places within a few minutes walk. I would definitely stay here again.
