Very convenient, clean and modern. The room was a little small but still acceptable. The only I would add is a shelf or two in the bathroom. Not much space to put your things. Overall a very nice place with wonderful people!

A real nice play to stay for a night or more. Price-quality is very well balanced. Good service and really enjoyed Basel.

Zimmer war zu warm und zu laut

Ein sehr sauberer und gepflegte Hotel. Klein aber fein. Sehr gute Lage an der Messe mit direkter Anbindung zur Straßenbahn. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt das die Zimmer über keine Klimatisierung verfügen.

This was our first stay after a long international travel day. It was 36C in Basel and with no air conditioning in the room and only a small table fan it was like trying to sleep in a sauna. We barely slept, found a cockroach in our room at 3:00am and finally just got up and left the room at 5:00am to walk around until 7:00am when we could come back for our breakfast and then leave for our next destination. The breakfast itself was lovely, or at least it seemed nice after not eating for 24 hours previous. I wanted to like this hotel as it seemed like a great option but unfortunately it just turned out horribly.

The hotel is located at a convient place. Many tram routes pass throguh. Restaurants around the hotel. Space is tight. No air condition, so it can be hot.

Great hotel outside of the main shopping areas, the Basel card that bloom provides gives you free transit to anywhere in the city making this a great location that is only 5-10 minutes away from the inner city.

Great staff, fast wifi, comfortable bed.

Very nice and clean hotel. The only thing to improve is the fact of having better ventilation in the room (no air conditioning), so it could be hot during summer.

Comfortable rooms perfect for a business trip to Basel. Great staff, comfortable beds, tasty breakfast. Rooms are new and well designed.

Overall a very nice and cute little hotel.

My only complaint is that the rooms we had included a queen bed and a single bed bunk bed over. The frame of the bunk bed is black metal. In dim light or lights out, both of us, as well as our travel companions in a similar room, banged our heads on the bunk bed. Maybe glow in the dark tape/ paint could be used. Or, I guess we could have been more careful. Lol
