This hotel was very nice. The room was adequate for the two nights that we spent there. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The only negative thing was that the rooms were not air conditioned and it was very hot there. The doors/windows needed to stay open to let in some air and the road that the hotel is on is pretty busy. So if you are a light sleeper, the noise from the road might bother you. The beds also were very firm which we also are not used to. The hotel is in a great location and the staff was very friendly

Rymligt rum med fin utsikt från balkong mot Brienzsjön. Halvpension var prisvärt med bra frukost och utmärkt 4-rätters middag. En positiv överraskning var också att det gick att ladda bilen på hotellet. På minussidan tycker vi att man, i likhet med de flesta andra restauranger, kunde bjuda på kranvatten till middagen men här tog man 8.50 CHF för en flaska.

Det mesta var bra förutom att varmvatten saknades vid ankomstdagen. Dagen efter fanns det. Personalen var jättetrevlig och hjälpsam!

Hotel excelente. Quarto, atendimento. Café da manhã. Tudo ótimo. Valeu muito a pena.

From a wonderful, friendly, professional staff to an excellent location, this hotel was the best choice for our vacation. Room was very clean and comfortable, breakfast plentiful and tasty and every-one working here extremely friendly and polite. Highly recommended hotel, easy to access, with plenty parking and close to city and highway.

Great all round, with an extensive breakfast buffet, clean comfy rooms and very helpful staff. Restaurant food especially excellent.

What a fantastic little place! Right on the lake, with incredible sunset views. We walked into the main town, which was about a 10-15 minute stroll along the lake. Absolutely beautiful!

We had a great time in Brienz. The hotel room was very clean and nice. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is very helpful. It is easy walkable distance from the station.

There’s much to be commended about this hotel. It’s a little distance from the train station and most restaurants, but it’s a beautiful spot with a good view of the lake and mountains. The breakfast is incredible. The only real issue we had (apart from fairly high price) was that the staff was pretty rude just about anytime we interacted with them in any way. We ended up just trying not to ask for anything. Otherwise it was a good stay.
