I would have given a 5 star if it were not for the check-in software-only process. Before arriving I received email instructions and attempted to follow it, until I was stopped when the software insisted that my home address was “invalid” - so upon arrival the front desk folk (Luis’s?) tried to get me through the check in link and was stopped at the same spot. When I showed him my US drivers license he was also convinced that the “filter” was acting up, and ended up putting me through (possibly moving me to live in another state as a result???). Well, too much automation makes fools of us humans, don’t we? Which makes it all the more depressing since I liked the apartment. Still wondering what software they licensed to use for the check in, and why it was so nosy as to where my home was…

Excellent stay - great room and location…. Enjoyed so much, stayed again on the return thru Paris. There a Carrefour market close by making things even more comfy. Highly recommend.

The apartment was in an excellent location close to attractions with good restaurants and cafés everywhere. It was also very secure with restricted access.

Good space and location, centrally located but still quiet. Great for a family.

The apartment is lovely, clean and in a good area. U We prepaid for breakfast which was in a restaurant next door, we were not on the list so had to find the booking to show id paid for breakfast which was fine. Unfortunately, we did not think the breakfast was good value for money, especially at the premium price.

Very central location and super helpful and welcoming staff ^^ . If you are traveling with larger groups I highly recommend considering apartment hotel over regular hotel so it’s spacious area. Would stay over again if given the chance

Rooms were clean and well kept. Everything was ok but extremely small and tight! Location was amazing Very close to metro and shopping, cafes, restaurants and grocery stores. The only disapointing thing from our side was that we could not get an earlier check in especially after an all night flight with young kids!

As an apartment style hotel, it offers the comfort and flexibility you would expect, and it delivers on those expectations without overpromising. The layout works well for longer stays or for anyone who prefers a bit more room to settle in rather than just a place to sleep. The location is good, with easy access to transport, shopping, and dining. Service was good, especially considering the aparthotel format. It is naturally less service driven than a full scale luxury hotel, but the team was helpful and professional when needed. It is always slightly difficult to rate an apartment hotel against traditional hotels, as the experience is different by design. However, within its category, Quartier Libre Opéra absolutely lives up to expectations. It is comfortable, well located, and dependable.
