Hotel and staff are great, not much parking

Besides the very limited parking, it’s a great place to stay. Very clean.

I liked how comfortable the environment was

I needed a quick stay. It was clean, quiet and near all of the major attractions in the HollyWood area. It’s renovated and modern with very clean rooms.

i only stayed for one day but the room was nice and clean parking was a lil tight but i'm a pro so it was nothing for me

Hay pocos espacios de estacionamiento exclusivos del lugar como tal pero enfrente hay una avenida principal y un parque donde puedes dejar tu auto con confianza de que no le pasará nada en la noche ya que siempre hay gente en la calle El espacio de la habitación es muy bueno y es un edificio muy bonito. El depósito nos lo regresaron en cuestión de dos días así que fue una muy buena experiencia, volvería sin duda

much prettier in person; the outside of the hotel doesn't do the insides justice. The insides are so sleek and clean!

Everything was great, except A/C was a little on the weak side. Clean place!

The place was clean. Staff was weird and had stares, but overall runned by a family. Parking is very limited to 10 spots. The shower head was position in a weird spot so when the shower was turned on it would spill outside the shower when warming the water up. Where the closet was at, the spot is blank with no shelves to hang clothing

Nothing like the pictures. The bathroom door isn’t even a door, room was extremely small, parking spaces are too small if you have a big SUV. They only dropped clean towels and didn’t make the beds. Weird smell in the front desk too.

Great place to stay. Very clean and quiet! One thing I didn’t really like was there wasn’t a microwave. I had kids with me and that one piece is very important when choosing a hotel. But overall very beautiful place to stay

very noisy, hear all footsteps from people in the upper room, The receptionist was asleep at 10 Pm when we arrive, Had reservation for. 3 people. only 1 towel. and no sets of sheets for sofa bed. ad to wake the guy for the 2nd time.

During a recent stay we found the room to be affordable, clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This hotel is a good location to stay in LA. We enjoyed the area and it was a short drive to the comedy show we went to. The rooms were renovated / generally nice but there were a couple things that could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The main reason for the lower review is that when we woke up, there was no water in the hotel. We weren’t warned about the beforehand but the front desk seemed to know about it when we told them at check out. So we couldn’t shower before our travel day which was a bummer. That did seem like a one off situation but definitely tainted our experience. Overall, the hotel works as a home base to explore the city and the beds were comfortable.

Bed bugs. I recorded a video of them and the staff didn’t really do much for me to rectify the situation. I also sent feedback to Expedia and I’ve yet to hear back from Expedia.
