Séjour parfait, personnel très aimable et compétent . Je recommande !

Lokasyon olarak çok güzel her yere rahatlıkla ulaşabilirsiniz. Özellikle çalışanlar son derece yardımsever ve çalışkanlar. Ancak bazı önemli sıkıntılar var otel ile ilgili. Öncelikle tuvaletten sürekli koku geliyor. O kadar rahatsız ediciydi ki tuvaletin kapısını kapatmadan odada durmak mümkün dğeil. Ek olarak Wi-Fi çalışmıyor. Özle olarak personel Wi-Fi şifresi talep etmeniz gerek. Ve maalesef kahvaltı bu standartlarda bir otel için en iyi şekilde vasat olarak nitelendirilebilir. Bir de odalardaki her ses her şekilde duyuluyor. Otel tatili amaçlamadığımız ve sadece uyumaya otele girdiğimiz halde tekrar gelmek isteyeceğimizi sanmıyorum

Our stay in Reform was really enjoyable, far more better than we expected. There were some hassle in checking in, the reservation made by Hotels.com was not easily be found.

la stanza era pulita ma non insonorizzata. Abbiamo sentito tutti i rumori di Una famiglia nella camera di fronte. il tasto dello sciacquone era rotto e non potevamo tirare l’acqua nel wc. La colazione era veramente scarsa, sul profilo dell’albergo veniva indicato parcheggio gratuito compreso ma non c’era alcun parcheggio in albergo.

The hotel lobby is beautifully painted and decorated. The rooms are big and posh. Probably one of the most economic hotels in Van City.

Glamourous foyer, but the room and eating area is basic. Bathroom towels were old with large holes in them.

Hôtel bien situé à proximité de commerces et de grands axes. Grande chambre bien conçue et moderne. Excellent petit déjeuner. La chasse d'eau a été 2 fois en panne malgré une reéparation.

very trible place..internet was very weak and frequently disconect..breakfast was very bad and basic..with old.dirty and used materials !..(insted butter they formed and serve margarin like folk butter !)..the water cut for sevral houres tow days ..

Otel temiz ve güzel fiyat performans iyi sadece koridorda çok ses vardı bir kaç kere uyandım ses yalıtımı çok iyi değil ama konfor temizlik gayet iyi otel ferah temiz.

Convenient location nice staff. Wired washbasin hard to clean. Slow drainage.

Otel resimlere göre çok küçük büyük bi hayal kırıklığına uğradım kahvaltısı çok iyi değil kesinlikle günlük ücretine değmeyecek bi otel deneyimi yaşadım çok üzücü

Arkadaşları ziyaret için gitmiş olduğum van’da kalmış olduğum çok güzel bir otel tavsiye ederim

Otelin otoparkı yok, aracı yakın sokağa bıraktık. Banyodaki lavabo sorunlu, etrafa çok su sıçratıyor ve havluluk ile musluk başlığı yerinden çıkıyordu. Personel genelde yardımcı, oda ise yeterince büyüktü.

Das ist Hotel ist schön, hat einen tollen „Look“ Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist auch gut, man kann alles auch gut zu Fuß erreichen. Der Frühstücksraum ist etwas unpersönlich, aber das Essen war sehr lecker und reichlich.

Comfortable, spacious rooms with good buffet breakfast.

A nice place to stay in the centre of town. Breakfast was good although someone served it to you rather than self-service due to Covid. Room key kept malfunctioning. Room was clean with all the facilities needed and size was spacious. Overall recommended.

Wen der Barock-Stil nicht abschreckt, ist es ein Hotel mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhaltnis und absolut empfehlenswert. Schönes großes Zimmer und sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Schade, dass selbst in so guten Hotels nie alle Lampen funktionieren.

Chambre très confortable et spacieuse, accueil en anglais hésitant, parking juste devant l'hotel, petit déjeuner très correct, emplacement parfait et super déco renaissance !

The room was beautiful. Water pressure was a bit hit and miss, but we were staying on the top floor.
