Communicatie verliep goed mbt aankomsttijd. Kamer was schoon en netjes, matras voor ons te zacht, badkamer schoon. Inrichting ietwat gedateerd. Kortom voor 1 nacht een prima verblijf gehad.

Alles gut

Alles in allem in Ordnung, aber ich finde es nicht in Ordnung, wie der Spa Bereich als Vorteil angepriesen wird. Die fotos davon und vom Golf gelände sind irreführend und haben nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun. Das Zimmer war schön sauber wenn auch in die Jahre gekommen. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war relativ klein die Qualität in Ordnung. Wirklich gut fand ich den Service beim Frühstück. Wir waren um 10 dort und dementsprechend war es schon relativ leer, aber es wurde direkt gefragt ob wir noch etwas benötigen. Der Service am Empfang wirkte leider distanziert und kalt. Man hat sich nicht wirklich wilkommen gefühlt. Gerade in dieser Preisklasse nicht okay.

I was really impressed by this property and the city it's in, Bergish Gladbach. First, the hotel is owned and managed by the son of the original owner. It is a well cared for establishment, which sits on the west side of Bergish Gladbach on the edge of a forest that surrounds the city. This area of Germany is so impressive for care they take of their public parks. It really is a beautiful location. My room was clean and nice with the latest of comforts. I was specially impressed by the in-room refreshments in the refrigerator. It was stocked with beverages of all kinds - alcoholic and non alcoholic. All were reasonably priced. Their restaurant seemed like a very good place to eat. While I didn't get to have dinner there, the breakfast fare is excellent. I got to meet and talk with the owner manager and his wife, both of whom I thought were very nice. If you stay here, you must take the 25 minute walk into Bergish Gladbach and experience the local restaurants and culture. Though I don't speak German, the restaurant staff was very friendly and accommodating. Should I find myself in Cologne again, I will definitely try to book a room here again.

Wurden bei der Anreise gleich super empfangen. Meine Tochter hatte Geburtstag und es gab vom Haus aus eine kleine Flasche Sekt und ein kleines Schreiben zum Geburtstag. Fanden wir richtig toll. Das Frühstück war auch super. Für jeden was dabei. Würden immer wieder kommen...

Sehr netter Empfang, freundliche Unterstützung bei Suche nach den Öffis. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück und insgesamt gute Unterkunft. Gerne wieder

It was a comfy, relatively clean room, with nice cleaning personal and nice breakfast. However, at check-out the concierge personal was not so friendly, that is specially important when traveling with kids.

No facilities in the room to make a hot drink - when we asked for a kettle the staff said they didn't have any! Eventually managed to get one but it was a struggle

Ein sehr sauberes und hygienisch einwandfreies Hotel mit einer etwas "antiken" Ausstattung in einer sehr schönen, ruhigen Waldgegend

Speiselokal , Frühstücksbüffet in Ordnung , sehr freundliche Bedienung . Teppichböden im Zimmer nicht zeitgemäß.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel. Stadtnah (auch nach Köln), 9 € Ticket nahe möglich. Biergarten. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück. Zuvorkommendes Personal. Jederzeit zum Wiederkommen vorgegesehen!
