Tres bon hôtel Propre Personnel accueillant Buffet petit déj très varié

It was well maintained and clean hotel.

Perfekt boende, bra för att nå alla attraktioner och restauranger. Trots 40 grader varmt, höll rummet en sval och skön temperatur. Trevlig personal. Bra parkeringsgarage, lite trångt när man kommer in i garaget, men sen blir det rymligt. Frukosten var inget speciellt, en vanlig fransk frukostbuffé.

We were at Rouen during red alert week, and we were grateful for the air conditioning. Because we booked our room with Expedia, they gave us the worst room possible, we share a wall with a service elevator and the central air unit was on our ceiling. Our AC worked but it was really loud 24/7.

This was a great place to stay in Rouen. Right across the street from the Seine. Easy walking distance to museums, restaurants and bars. The gym and pool were well kept up. I wished I had brought my swimsuit. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was great.

Clean and well located.

Sink was clogged, and though a new property it felt a bit dated. Bed is a poor memory foam that's not the best comfort. Breakfast was relatively poor. Noisy location right above a busy Boulevard, and no real view of the river due to trees so don't factor that. View is very industrial anyway. Close to old town, the church, and great restaurants. Overall a good location, but mediocre amenities.

Hotel novo,quarto espaçoso, de frente para o Rio Sena. Ótima localização

It's a basic hotel that is convenient to the historical center. However - we arrived on a very warm night (about 80 F) and the a/c wasnt on. When we asked for it to be turned on to cool the rooms, we were told that the hotel had just won an environmental award and could not use a/c because heating was on for those who wanted it. Apparently these folks care way more about an award than their guests' comfort. I doubt I'd use Novotel again.

The room was large and well kept, the public areas were also spotlessly clean. The staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English. It is a few minutes walk from the cathedral and well situated. The restaurant food was great. Overall a lovely relaxing stay, we would stay again in a heartbeat.

Mes enfants ont adoré la piscine, les personnels sont très accueillant. L’ensemble est parfait sauf pas d’aération dans la salle de douche. Nous avons été mal reçus au restaurant de l’hôtel, nous sommes allés manger ailleurs, c’est dommage
