Clean room, spacious, nearby t nagar shops, better than accord hotel, all good. Loved the stay.

Room was not properly clamed at on the first day and we have to get them to redo The Safety box was not functioning and even after repotting it was not attended. On the day of departure, we left prior to break fast time and requested for packed breakfast but they failed to provide

Traumatic experience! The glass shower door in the bathroom shattered while I was in the shower, causing bleeding injuries. The frame fell on my foot causing sever pain and swelling. Hotel staff were unprepared and management took no accountability. When I lodged a formal complain with a video of the shattered glasses and the blood on the floor the hotel management responded with "....we are unable to accept responsibility or offer compensation...." taking no accountability. I wouldn't even rate this hotel as one star - Poor maintenance, zero empathy, and unsafe conditions. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Stay dates: 3rd-8th July 2025. Room # 309
