The staff was rude and snobbish upon arrival. One of the fenwjw hostesses behind the front desk had the audacity to refer to me as Mr. Daniels multiple times as she could clearly see I was a woman. It was very insulting. She continued to refer to me as Mr. Daniels even after I indicated to her to refer to me Ms. Daniels. Then as I attended breakfast in the morning I asked for an omelette with Cheese, spinach and onions that was egg white. I got a yellow scrambled egg omelette with no cheese just onions and spinach. I also requested a cappuccino and had to request for it to come three times as the waitress kept saying she forgot.

Great! However im an American citizen and usually the shouldnt charge any taxes for foreign but since i also have a peruvian id they charged me $78 while checking in.

The room was good and was roughly what was expected for the price and location. The gym and pool were slightly disappointing (especially the pool which really should have just been marketed as an extension of the bar because I didn’t really feel comfortable swimming in it…)

Hotel clean and staff friendly. Pool and jacuzzi are cold and unpleasant to spend any length of time in. You're also given a 20% discount voucher off drinks for the rooftop bar. Then at checkout they claim it's your first drink only. It does not state this anywhere on the voucher. The bar also ran out of beer after our group purchased 4 beers on the first night. Second night after a few more they also ran out. To run out of beer in a bar that quickly is poor. That said I'd stay there again.
