Clean, modern, comfortable and with good amenities. Good selection of restaurants within walking distance

Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Front desk people are very nice. Thanks for letting me check in earlier and out a little later.

Das Hotel liegt nur ein paar Minuten vom Skyterminal entfernt (Flughafen Transfer). Der Hafen ist auch fussläufig erreichbar. Das Frühstück war grandios! Zimmer sind sauber und großzügig. Ich würde hier nochmal ein Zimmer buchen.

First the positives: the food is excellent and the rooms are very nice and clean !! The negative: the AC did NOT work in my room. It took over 5 hours to reach the temperature I set (which was 21 degrees) for me to sleep in. Can you imagine how hot it was before I set it to 21? (I have photos!) I notified the hotel staff and they scheduled someone to come and check it out. Nobody came and there was no indication by the front desk that somebody did or did not come. My sleep was disturbed for several nights because it felt like I was sleeping in a sauna. The hotel was not busy and with these issues, I expected a later check out. The best they gave was noon for my 8:15 pm flight. I’d love to say this was an accommodating hotel, but sadly it wasn’t and our company had booked several rooms there

Levi made check in easy and even delivered the pillows we asked for personally after hearing we had problems with that during our last stay. The location is great. So close for walking around the city. Drinks at the bar were serveed with friendliness.

Beautiful rooms, central location close to the sky tower and an enjoyable walk down to the waterfront and restaurants. Highly recommend! There was parking close by for anyone hiring a car and the staff were incredibly helpful and professional.

I loved the location: near where all the action is but just on the outskirts so you don't get all the noise. It was a short 10 minute walk to the waterfront. Property was quite recently renovated or rebuilt and therefore everything was clean and modern.

Wonderful staff. Great variety for tasty breakfast. Clean comfortable place to stay in Auckland city, public transport access. Would love to come again if I have the chance.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. The location was excellent for me. I was able to walk to Queen Street and Bus stops. Will definitely go back to Hotel Grand Chancellor.

It’s clean, tidy. Literally just a room with a bed, small sofa and a bathroom. Nothing special.
